Unable to directly contact anyone,email response is 2 to 3 but some automated script that is not helpful!
Attempted to cancel subscription numerous times without success..emailed to request confirmation of this ..and just the automated response!!!!!
To top this I had an unwanted box arrive but as we all know the hassle of sending back when you're extremely busy is a nightmare ESPECIALLY THEN THEY MAKE YOU PAY THE COST!(for something I cancelled!!)..so I ailed to check I'd be receiving no more ,to again have a box sent ,which never arrived..(still no refund or replacement OR CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION!)
Icing on the cake - email today saying my latest order is on its way !!! Absolutely livid!
still waiting for a resolution!

I signed up for the subscription. I've only had one so far but the smells are amazing. I had one of the oder room sprays and can't get over how long the smell lingers in the room. The body soap smells gorgeous and is a nice touch, as everything else is room scent based, it feels like a little treat. Will keep the subscription going as I have lots of animals, the scents help so much.

Hardly ever fall into the hype of Facebook ads, but took the leap after seeing other reviews and honestly wish I’d have done it sooner!!
The smells are amazing, and really do last! And the body products are equally as great - and also have an amazing lasting smell!

The subscription is definitely worth it - there’s so much in it and because the smell lasts so well, my next box will arrive before I’ve even finished the last one!! Would definitely recommend!

I am an avid wax melt user.
The smell of sassy scents is unreal!
Long lasting and spread scent well.
Whipped soap smells delicious.
And it feels like a bonus to receive the room sprays.

Air fresheners are really beautiful not a synthetic smell the wax melts the choice I get delivered every month is fantastic and my house smells really lovely and clean. Still getting used to the soaps as I am used to shower gels I do find it first I use a lot and then I realized actually you do not need a lot to do your full body and my skin is so soft as I am getting older my skin is very dry I find these soaps do not dry my skin out all I do recommend the soaps very much

There is a wide variety of scents and they are unique, really fills up a room and long lasting.

I genuinely get so excited every month waiting for my subscription box to arrive — it feels like a little treat to myself every time! 🥰 The variety of wax melts is incredible, with so many gorgeous and unique scents to choose from, and I’m always amazed by how long the fragrance lasts.

The body products are just as special. They’re beautifully gentle on the skin and so different from anything I’ve come across before. I love discovering what’s inside each box and trying products I probably wouldn’t have found otherwise. Everything feels unique, thoughtfully made and such amazing quality.

Without a doubt, one of my favourite subscriptions — I look forward to it every single month

This company has gone downhill over the past 3-4 years. This business used to be really amazing. The great community, great restocks, plenty of new goodies but now it’s all about the money. There has been plenty of customers asking about new tubs coming out as segments but because they are all about the money they expect us customers to buy a tub on the scent description though £15.99 for a small tub is very expensive in this day. It’s only now they haven’t had a great sale and got lots of money they are asking about what segments we want back. IMO it’s too late for that.

Order, delivery, and product is all exceptional. The scents are absolutely divine

Been using Sassy scents now for a good few months. Delivery is prompt and I love their subscription boxes, especially the whipped soap it’s unreal! The only thing I do feel is the room sprays could be a little bit bigger as it doesn’t last me the full month. But apart from that I love it!

Speedy delivery of lovely smelling goods I can’t wait to use around my home.

I used to sell waxes on behalf of another well known company and while the warmers were great the waxes would sometimes be overly strong and after a couple of days, left a brown residue. Sassy waxes are wonderful, subtle but great at odour removal, no residue left in the dish. The sprays are also really great. I’m yet to get my hands on the ‘magic’ powder but if the experience so far is anything to go by, it will be just as great!

Delivery is always super speedy too, will absolutely be back for more. Can’t wait to try more fragrances. Snow pixie is my favourite so far, with similar tones to Angel Nova.

Really nice scents, the fabric spray lasts a few days also. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and the ouder remover is really good, I feel better when guests come round. I'd prefer to order these as and when needed rather than commit to a subscription, and Sassy gives me that option. A huge variety of products are available and I will definitely be ordering again.

I have been collecting sassy products for around 6 months , it’s more than just wax and sprays ! It’s become a hobby to me now I really enjoy buying different scents and I organise my wax melts by scent too , you have your evening scents perfume , fresh , fruity . The Choices are beyond any other competitor, I would never go anywhere else for my home products!

Have used another well known brand for years but since using sassy I have been converted, the scents are beautiful, with 5 dogs i always have a warmers on. The monthly box is great for trying new scents too. I love the fabric and room sprays too they really last compared with other brands. Orders are so quick and well packaged. Even the postman waits to see what the scents are now too

The wax melts smell amazing and the odour eliminator really does work! No more smelly dog in my house! Can’t wait for my next box to arrive ❤️

Fantastic products long last aroma highly recommended

Coming from a very doggy household, I have been in heaven since discovering Sassy Scents. Gone are the smelly sofa and carpets (and awkward apologies). The wax melts also smell delicious, subscribed for life :)

I was sceptical about this but with my house on the market to sell and give dogs I thought I’d give it a go … and wow
I love the powder using it on the sinks and outside on the patio too!
The spray I’ve used on my cushions and dog crate beds and the house smelt so wonderful when my viewers came so now looking to buy some more
