UNSAFE SALON WITH INCOMPETENT STYLIST
ROBERT destroyed my hair, leaving it uneven and far from what we agreed upon. It will take months for my hair to grow , with the top section measuring only 4 inches from the roots. I feel that the salon is unsafe and has serious issues . I booked "any stylist " option through the website, but upon arrival, I was informed that the cut would be performed by the assistant manager. The cost for a haircut with the assistant manager is £164. Since August, I have been inquiring about why he wasn't listed in the management section of the website. I recently discovered that if I book him directly through the website, the haircut is only £139 because he is actually a master stylist, not an assistant manager. This misleading job title raises concerns about the transparency of the business .
