In the UK

In the UK, these property managers are far from the best. They hire unreliable contractors, and handling repairs is beyond them. Their legal team lacks competence, and their housing office is no better.

Despite my attempts to address the matter, individuals continued to smoke drugs in the garden area, which hindered my ability to enjoy the sun. My concerns were brushed off, leading to yet another police intervention due to similar disruptive actions, a situation that had occurred previously. Although the housing office distributed warning letters, they weren't successful. One incident involved a girl who, after being approached by the police, continued her behavior with laughter. I'm keen to see how the housing office will address this, especially considering their prior threat of eviction over a simple repair request. Unfortunately, their ethical standards seem lacking under the management of HomesPlusGroup.

I experienced issues with people smoking drugs in the back garden, making it difficult to enjoy the sunshine despite having previously asked them to stop. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored. Recently, police arrived again due to similar antisocial behavior, just as they had not long ago. The housing office sent out letters, but it seems ineffective. A girl was stopped by the police but resumed smoking drugs and laughing shortly afterward. I'm curious to see the housing office's next steps, as they once threatened me with eviction when all I wanted was my roof repaired. The housing lacks ethics and is now operating under HomesPlusGroup.

Slumlords

Slumlords. The staff who answer the phones are incompetent, with no training. One thing I've had experience with, was with a workman. He damaged the short adjustable thing on the cooker, and didn't tell me. He didn't want to get the blame for it,so when he had finished what he had come to do,he asked me to sign a form. Stupidly,I agreed without reading it. But it wasn't a form to say he had finished the job,it was one of those forms that clears him from blame of any damage to anything in the flat. Devious or what? They can't have much experience in what their doing,if their bosses don't trust them to do their jobs properly,by giving them the forms to trick the tenants into signing them.
