Bought my saphire duffle holdall on…
Bought my saphire duffle holdall on Amazon Nov 2024. First trip with Naturetrek to Belize OK - but early on on second trip with Wendy Wu to Central Asia there was a tear in the top of the bag - must have been faulty stitching on one of the seams . Mamanged a repair but I'm very disappointed in the durability of these supposed tough holdalls . Have a photo.

Very quick shipment
Very quick shipment, transportation took a few days and it arrived nicely packed and without damage. The suitcase is nice, strong and looks fantastic.
It is fully equipped and as described. The content of the suitcase is as expected. I wish it was possible to remove the interior to allow more packing space. But, if you combine with packing cubes, you can pack for a week in the carry on.

Exceeded Expectations
I'm from Norway and recently received my Sapphire cabin suitcase after waiting for the restock — and I’m very glad I did.
The suitcase itself exceeded my expectations. The build quality, finish, and overall feel of the product are clearly premium. Every detail, from the locking system and handles to the wheels, shows high manufacturing standards. The aluminium shell feels sturdy yet lightweight, ideal for my frequent travelling.
Additionally, if you’re ordering from Norway, the import tax is extremely low, at just 200kr, which makes this an even better deal.
It’s a perfect blend of functionality and style, and it looks even better in person. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and well designed travel companion!

Best Travel Partner Ever - Clear Recommendation
As flight attendant (with lots of ‘suitcase experience’ on long-haul flights), I was in need of new suitcases and decided to order both the Sapphire cabin-size and the check-in suitcase.
As a matter of fact, I can clearly recommend the luggage and the service provided by Sapphire Suitcases: not only that the suitcases had been delivered within 2 days (I live in Germany) and e-mails were answered the next day, I must say that quality and design meet my expectations a 100%. I do love them already now, no annoying outer zippers to close/open the suitcase (only TSA locks which makes it much easier to handle). Wheels that are so smooth and easy that you might think the suitcase is empty when rolling over the floor. Even plastic covers to protect the luggage from scratches etc. were included. And last but not least, no need to mention that the price is more than fair!
Over the years, I have had several suitcases from well-known brands/manufacturers but Sapphire Suitcases are already now my favorites - I will definitely stick to this brand :-)

I took a gamble with this brand as an alternative to rimowa, due to the price tag and their marketing. I’m really happy with the end product, the feel of it is solid and I have had lots of compliments on it since taking it on my travels.
