Santander Consumer USA are the worst of…

Santander Consumer USA are the worst of the worst. They take the payment anytime they want; they wait until weeks are gone by then take money. It's usually a dollar or fifty cents short and then your charged with insufficient funds to your account. I tried to make a payment, they said my account was closed and called back, spoke with another agent and Luis too the payment, said I need to add two zeros in front of the account number.

The online payment system is terribly flawed

I tried to set up an account to make payment for a new car i purchased. The system will not allow me to create a pin number for such an account, thus not allowing me to make a payment for this new car. I called my local Santander branch in Neptune, NJ and they cannot help me either. I'm going to wind up losing this car because I don't know how to make a payment. I'm so done with this!!!!

I have already set up automatic payment with you in a very efficient, impressive way. So, I thought I was done with all this. Why am I getting emails asking me to do it again? Please check your system before asking again ...
So, this review was questioned, for more clarity. I tried to provide that, but I was confused by the Trustpilot response system. Thus, I called Santander to stop any more emails that request me to set up automatic payment. I have already completed that process.

I had previously set up my account when…

I had previously set up my account when I completed the transaction with Tesla. So your email requesting the same was a duplication of efforts and not necessary.

My biggest complaint however is the picture that was included in the email request. I found it to be offensive. I live in the United Sates and am an american citizen.

I really appreciate all the help Angel…

I really appreciate all the help Angel Amonte did for me in order to buy the car I have now. He made me feel like I was home and made me think I made the best choice in my life. If I had to do it all over again, I’d go to the same place and look for him again.

Excellent Service

Website Features

In their mailed literature, they listed a feature in their web portal that was non existent. I mentioned in a message on the site and I was told I would receive an e-mail reply. Never happened.

By calling Santander, I found out that California law does not let residents make their communications privacy choices on line. I had to fill out the paper form under state law. Bureaucracy!

Extremely Happy

The moment I arrived to Royal Mitsubishi felt like A Royal Queen experience! Everyone and everything was absolutely amazing. I’m so In love with my brand new Mitsubishi eclipse cross. I highly recommend Royal Mitsubishi they definitely have your best interest at heart.

this company is the worst of the worst…

this company is the worst of the worst to get a car loan with. they won't help you if you fall into trouble, and the worst is the loan is paid in full, closed and they won't take it off as a charge off, even though it is paid. this is a disgusting way to do business now ,I have crap on my credit for 7 yrs and they wont budge . it says charge off, and I have a letter from them saying said in full.
