I ordered a night cream one week ago. Like all the other reviews, they immediately took my money. I got a confirmation email and it said it would take 2 business days to ship. Well they havent even processed it. Ive seen their products in store but I really wish I had checked here before ordering. Attempting now to cancel it.
Have loved the products for some years…
Have loved the products for some years and decided to order again for a birthday treat. I placed an order of an eye cream and a pore cleanser on 30/07. I never received a confirmation email. I waited for a week then emailed a screenshot of the receipt to the info email address. I was told my order wasn't able to be found. After a few more back and forth emails my order was founded and finally processed, 10 days after I initially placed the order. When I finally received my order, the pore cleanser was mossing. No note, nothing. I then emailed the company again asking if this was a mistake and I was told the pore cleanser was out of stock and I could be sent something of equal value or just receive a refund.
Whilst I appreciate the fast response to my emails, it is extremely frustrating that my order was never processed, until I went chasing, and when it was, half my order was never sent and I was never offered any other form of compensation considering the multiple stuff ups.
I love the products. Poor customer service.
I love the products, but the constant delays due to inability to source ingredients and then when the product is available huge delays in shipping. Waiting for over 2 months is getting beyond stupid.
Be prepared for rubbush customer service!

Waste of money.
I have now left two 1 star reviews on their website but i can't seem to find them so now I'm wondering if they only allow the reviews that say good things about them which wouldn't surprise me.
Firstly my order took over a week to ship. I ordered the Perfect Skin Kit which included the Pore Refining Mask and the Australian Pink Clay Flash Perfection Exfoliater but the Perfection Exfoliater was missing from the package when I recieved it.
My order says I ordered the Perfect Skin Kit for $66 but when I view my invoice only the Pore Refining Mask shows up which is $49 but its priced at $66 so according to them I paid over $70 for a $49 item. Something isn't adding up here.
Also there is absolutely no way to contact customer service, every link for customer service either takes you to the FAQ page or doesn't work so there's no way to contact anyone to resolve any issues you have with your order.
I've been buying from Sand & Sky for years and never had an issue but this has left me feeling like I've been grifted so I won't be buying from them again. They've really gone downhill so order at your own risk.

First time ordering & still have not received my products. I had to make the contact to ask where my order was after nearly 2 weeks. They keep saying they are processing it. Seems like the emails are done by a robot as it says the same thing. Very disappointing!!
Rubbish
Very poor service. I ordered a couple of items together with the free exfoliator. The exfoliator arrived and not the items I’d paid for. I emailed the company who assured me that they had processed a replacement order, but to date I still haven’t received it. Mind you, with Evri as the courier it’s hardly surprising. They are about as useful as one man missing.
Not impressed at all. Think I should request a refund due to the length of time involved.

Ordered direct £94 of products but they arrived minus a £39 moisturiser
Told them immediately and they asked for a photo of the box ? Goodness only knows why

Placed an order a week ago and it hasn’t progressed beyond the confirmation stage; if only they were that slow at taking the money.
I’ve sent an email to chase it up but after reading the reviews of all those who ordered back in November and December and STILL haven’t got their orders, I won’t hold my breath. What’s going on?! They shouldn’t be continuing to take orders if they still haven’t fulfilled all those from before Christmas! And the fact they put a sale on in the meantime to rake in even more sales when they haven’t fulfilled the ones they’ve already got is diabolical! Very poor service!
Praying I get a response and praying I won’t have to wait much longer for the products I ordered.
Ordered November 24 2024 and still no products
Ordered November 24 2024, never received a confirmation email although my credit card was charged. I emailed customer service to ask for confirmation, and promptly received a reply. I gave it another week of no updates and emailed again asking about shipping, and again promptly received a response. That same day I got a DHL tracking number, which didn’t change status. A week later contacted DHL and they said it’s with the originator. Contacted S&S and they said they would be “filing a claim”. I think two more emails and I still haven’t received my products, just excuses about being busy after their holiday sales. November 24-January 8. I do love the products so I am waiting, but one more week and I will contact my credit card company.
Not shipped after 2 months
Like many others on here I placed an order on 11/18 and it is now almost 2nd week of January, and they are not sending me my order. I have requested to cancel my order. I hope I can get my money back.
Product never shipped
Really bad experience. Purchased in November and the product never shipped. I purchased their products as a Christmas gift and thought I had done so in plenty of time. Every time I reached out to them they said they were contacting the courier to investigate the issue and my product would be shipped in 1-2 days. This went on until after Christmas when they offered to resend my order ‘free of charge’. I said that I just wanted a full refund as I no longer required the order. I’m still waiting on my refund. Hopefully it will come through.

I emailed Sand & Sky for updates and they informed me I would receive a tracking email within 1 working day the same thing kept getting said all the way to Xmas eve.
Fast foward 24th Dec and no tracking email

Terrible - Avoid at all cost
Dreadful placed an order on the 18th of November 2024.
Chased them on the 25th to ask where my order was told they had a lot of orders and would send out in the next few day.
Chased again on the 4th December to ask again where my order was said the same thing it would be sent in the next few days.
On the 12th they sent a email saying next few days AGAIN.
I responded on the 13th saying you have until the 17th to dispatch Guess what not dispatched.
I asked for a refund on the 18th the e mail was ignored no response.
Sent another e mail today the 19th asking where my refund is was still not heard back.
Then I got today one of those generic emails saying "Last chance to shop for Christmas delivery".
Total lie as they can't even deliver orders placed in November. Sand And Sky "I WANT MY MONEY BACK"

This is my second time buying direct from Sand and Sky
The first experience was fine this time the service has been terrible. I ordered over £100 worth of products in 24th November, payment take on the day. Website clearly stated postage within 2-3 working days. This came and went. After leaving it a week with no contact initiated by them to adv8se of a delay. I contacted them. However despite 2 emails from me with responses saying they would by shipped by end of last week and another on the 8th saying it would ship in the next few days and asking me to be patient the items have still not shipped. No further update received. If I had not bought from this sight previously I would be
convinced it was a scam.
The items are for Chrismas gifts and at this rate I doubt they will arrive on time.
Potential data protection breach
Potential data protection breach. I have been waiting for my order since the 20th of November. Sand and Sky took my money on this day and it feels like fraud now as they have given no indication when they will ship the products, but continue to show them as ‘in stock’ and available to order even now online. Everytime I contact I am just advised ‘sorry, they’ll ship soon’ or ‘next week’ however today I actually received an e-mail that had e-mail history with another customer (and that ladies order number) which makes me worry just how out of control they are as an organisation right now. If I don’t receive a response from them soon with the shipment details I feel I will have to take this issue higher.
Decent products rubbish service
Some of the products are good but the poor shopping experience doesn’t make it worth it. I placed an order 9 days ago, according to the website they ship in 2-3 days. Well when I chased them it turned out it hasn’t been shipped and they have now cancelled my order because one of the items is low in stock. There’s some talk of a replacement order but not clear when it will arrive. So much hassle and no products in sight.
