Fast shipping. Love it. Now I can play retro games anywhere.

I orderd a Arcarde Game Console with the optional SANWA-Joystick and the SANWA-Buttons but received the usual execution.

Since I payed for the SANWAs, I mailed SAMTRONIC and requested them to send me the SANWA Joystick and buttons but neither got an answer nor money back!

Never again!

UPDATE: SAMTRONIC finally got in contact with me and refunded the money for the SANWA-upgrade.

I had an issue in receiving a system other than the one I ordered. I reached out to them and everything was resolved. I am giving them 5 stars on their customer support and well built game console. The kids and big kids are going to love it.

Please remember when trying to contact them, they are in a different time zone, but once they're at work they do whatever they can to help.

I had an issue in removing the joystick and I thought my unit was scratched but there was a thin layer of plastic i had not removed. They took time to make a couple of videos walking me through the process of taking care of both issue. If you are on the fence and think this is not a legit company, it truly is. I will most likely buy another one of the game consoles for my nephews.

If you're reading this review, it may be because you're on the fence about whether to purchase Samtronic's 14" game console. I, also, was on the fence. But I went ahead with my purchase and I could not be happier. This device is well-built (the material it's made of feels sturdy like an actual arcade machine) and features so many games that, even after having it a week, I'm still discovering more games. Sure, there are some duds, but with this many games that's bound to happen. Controls are great, display is great, really can't recommend this little machine enough. Hours of fun! Go for it!

Great nostalgic experience. I haven t played these games in decades, and I am just as bad at them now as I was back then, the only difference is now I dont waste a bunch of dimes/quaters or tokens. Great product with the caveat only being finding your game can be a challenge but the search function helps offset that problem a bit. Other than that, extremely pleased with it so far...

I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was when my arcade arrived. First off, it shipped from Hong Kong but still only took a week to arrive which was great. The price was so good for the initial that it was worth the risk even if was junk but it’s not. It’s very sturdy and came fully loaded with all 5000 games. Navigating the main menu took a little getting used to but once I found the search function it was easy. This is literally like owning almost every single game made for the last 40 years at the push of a button. It’s nostalgia overload! If you grew up putting quarters into arcade machines and are on the fence you need to buy this. Worth it.

This is a well constructed video game unit! Everything stated on the Samtronic website is correct. Delivery was quick and the unit operates as advertised. I love playing all of the old arcade games from my youth. Tons of other great games as well. There is a great search function to find the games you are wanting to play. Includes usb inputs for extra controllers and outputs to display the games on an external video screen. I am very happy with this purchase.

Super fast delivery and love playing all my NES favorite games yay I grew up on and I will most definitely indeed recommend this to all my friends and customers at the Las Vegas airport where I been working for over 20yrs. Thank You

Yesterday i get my Samtronic. Even a day sooner than expected. Nice.

Love the strong case and the led Lighting. The manual has not much information. Its a little 'book' with a couple off pages with very small letters. But like in my younger years i hit all buttons once and to see what happen.

Nice games from the past. Was searching for Final Fight for a 'long time'. Now i can play like i use to in the Arcade Hall.

I recommend this Arcade. Its a solid piece of work. I think you can play though on it without be afraid of breking it. Beter than other ons which i find on the internet.
