Samsung putting on stuff we dont need
Samsung ate putting stuff on there phones people just don't want. The new samsung s24 ultra update is totally rubbish this new brief on the main screen is so annoying you turn it off and its still there samsung get rid of don't want it on my screen now thinking of changing my phone.
Customer is a nobody after purchase.
I bought a pair of galaxy buds4 Pro only to find out later when I receive them that they don’t support the iOS system on Apple. So you can’t access all the features that you paid a lot of money for. Tried to return and they keep shifting you from Customer Service to Customer Service to Customer Service and finally they tell you to call a number. This is not the only experience I’ve had with Customer Service and Samsung. I ran into the same problem when they sent me a damaged product and I tried to return it. It was a very big hassle and that was after spending $15,000 on products with them I still felt like they weren’t hearing me. Beware of their customer service.
Good products, poor customer understanding
In general: good products.
But rarely have I seen a company less customer friendly.
Oh, you don't want to have two different "off-modes" for your TV (one where it is actually off, one where it shows pictures)? Too bad, you can't turn it off and your guests are stuck looking at pictures after pressing the "off-button" (unless they press it for 5 seconds - only on samsung's own remotes of course. Third-Party remotes are stuck with the images).
Oh, you lost an earbud? You have to send the device in and pay EUR 25 to "assess the damage" and get a quote of how much a replacement costs - instead of just giving you a price in the first place...
Never again will i buy a Samsung product
Never again will i or any my family buy a Samsung product of any description ever again . 75 inch TV . On the wall for 6 months .first time cleaning the screen I noticed tiny little fleck on the corner of the screen . Go to Argos show picture said it's no effecting the screen but I'm worried over time it might get worse . They looked said it's obviously not been damaged but you would have to speak to Samsung direct . Get in touch with Samsung send pictures . leave me hanging for over a week . So I call them today to be told it's deemed as damage and is not covered by warranty. Absolutely disgusting.
useless customer support and faulty tech
samsung has gone downhill so bad. the build quality is cheap plastic now and their live chat support is completely useless. they just send automated copypaste replies and refuse to take responsibility for sending out faulty devices. spent hours trying to get a refund or replacement and got nowhere. do yourself a favor and buy sony or lg instead. total trash..
#UK260503-30427949
Samsung power bank online purchase #UK260503-30427949 , less efficient than Anker for half the price. Wanted to return immediately within the returns period, was told I needed to pay £5 postage fee. I sent complaint to CEO email ref 363982751 on 20/05. Never received a response and on chasing this today Ron from customer service informs me the product is now no longer returnable. Terrible customer service . Time to switch to Apple.
5 Year Warranty Application Refused
I recently bought a Samsung TV and received an email inviting me to register for an extended 5 Year Warranty. I experienced problems attempting to do this so rang Samsung support. After a delay I was told that the model I had bought (QE55S95HFTXXU) did not qualify.
Also, the TV randomly turns on and then off again. This has been escalated and I was promised a prompt call back on the issue. So far (5 hours after my call) I have heard nothing!
Poor quality & Fraud
I am very disappointed with Samsung and their repair partner. You should think twice before sending any email, as the phone is of poor quality—its screen suddenly develops a black dot. Instead of fixing the issue, they are demanding £500 for repairs. 😡 I will never buy Samsung devices again.

NEVER Samsung again
NEVER Samsung again. The new Samsung phones are horrible. The software is becoming more intrusive and bloated with useless features nobody asked for, which Samsung tries to force on users. The UI is constantly changed for no reason. Samsung used to be a decent company, but the 1 star rating speaks for itself.
Samsung 85 Inch Neo QLED 8K Smart TV
I purchased the Samsung 85 inch Neo QLED 8K Smart TV on Black Friday in November 2022 and am having issues with the TV. There's a horizontal and vertical line that runs across the screen. This just came from nowhere. I googled what might have caused the problem and the answer I got back was possibly a bad pixel. The TV is only 3 1/2 years old and for the price I would have not expected to have issues this soon. I reached out to Samsung to inquire about the warranty and they said the warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend buying this TV unless you want to run into issues within 5 years.
Pure garbage
Pure garbage. I've been a samsung user since 2004 and have never had a problem with their devices. S26 ultra is TRASH!!! I have terrible issues with staying connected to my mobile network. My gps location is all over the place. From Google searches to maps my phone thinks I'm anywhere but where I'm actually at. I have exhausted every single troubleshooting tactic available, and still no good. So I call customer service center and they want to send me halfway across the state to "hopefully" repair it according to Aberham 5384033657 whom I spoke to on the phone. If that doesn't work, then they'll send it to Texas for 5-7 business days. If that doesn't work, then and only then, will they replace my device. So I will just go a couple of weeks w no phone. It's no problem for samsung though. It's not like I need my phone to do my doordash job. What a joke, this phone has 1000's of reports w the same issue, but they want to "FIX" it. This will be my last device I purchase from Samsung. In fact I will be boycotting Samsung across the board. From TVs to Appliances and obviously phones. What a JOKE!!!

We bought a Samsung refrigerator that…
We bought a Samsung refrigerator that was supposed to have a 10 year warranty on compressor and 4 years later compressor failed and Samsung say they don’t support there warranty and there customer support is beyond pathetic. We will NEVER buy another product made by Samsung. This should be criminal to sell products with a warranty and then not support them
Horrid experience for first Samsung phone
I bought my first Samsung phone. I was excited because of the reviews on the phone. It arrived without any quick start. Again, I never used one before.
Wanted a quick start and user guide. Tried for 4 hours on their horrid website - rated an "F" for fail - to find out how to get one. They have all these "find your model number" buttons, and I followed those, and the model number on my phone matches NONE of the options on pull down.
I tried the text help: it's all bots. They have "names" that sound like real people but it is like what talking to a martian in their native language would be. They are actual bots, and finally both said that they were.
All I wanted was a user guide, and it took hours. The experience has been horrible. They also took the "free" phone case that I ordered off the order - it was on there when I selected it with a "samsung credit" - and it didn't arrive, so now I'm supposed to buy another one.
Instead of telling me the model number used to send me the guide, as someone online finally did, they kept asking me different unrelated questions. I eventually got the guide.
But the problem is, if I EVER have any problems with this phone, I'll have to throw it out, rather than go through doing anything with their anti-customer anti-service! It's an experience no one should ever have. I'm disgusted and angry.
finished with galaxy phones
I have been a loyal Samsung customer since 2013, purchasing a new Galaxy flagship phone every single year without fail. Unfortunately, my experience with the Galaxy S26 Ultra has convinced me that this will be my last Samsung device.
For weeks, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with the virtual keyboard across many of the apps I use daily. I have contacted Samsung Technical Support numerous times and, on every occasion, have been taken through the same repetitive troubleshooting steps without any resolution.
After weeks of wasted time and frustration, I was finally told that my case would be escalated to the technical team. I expected that someone would follow up with me or at least check whether the issue had been resolved. Instead, I heard absolutely nothing. I had to contact Samsung again myself, only to discover that no meaningful progress had been made.
To make matters worse, I have now been told that before Samsung will even consider arranging collection of the device, I must perform a complete factory reset. This means I am expected to erase my entire phone, lose immediate access to a device that I rely on every day, and be left without knowing how long it will take for the repair process to be completed.
As someone who has invested in the Samsung ecosystem for over a decade, I find this level of customer service deeply disappointing. Loyalty appears to count for very little. Rather than making the process easy for a long-standing customer, Samsung has placed the burden entirely on me.
Because of this experience, my family and I have decided that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be our last Samsung phones. We will be returning to Apple, as we have every confidence that Apple would have handled a loyal customer's concerns with far greater urgency, communication, and respect.
It is genuinely sad that after more than 13 years of supporting Samsung, my loyalty has ended not because of the fault itself, but because of the way Samsung has chosen to deal with it.
I BOUGHT A 85" SAMSUNG TV FROM BEST BUY…
I BOUGHT A 85" SAMSUNG TV FROM BEST BUY ON OCTOBER 2025, 6 MONTHS LATER THE TV COMPLETELY TURNED OFF AND WON'T TURN BACK ON. I CALLED SAMSUNG WE COMPLETED SOME TROUBLE SHOOTING AND THE DEVICE STILL WON'T TURN ON. THEY OPENED A TICKET FOR ME TO SEND A TECH OUT, A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM A TECH BY THE NAME OF "JORGE GARCIA" TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME HE WILL ARRIVE TO MY HOUSE. HE CAME IN ON MAY 7TH, HE REPLACED A PART FROM THE VEHICLE, WE PUT THE TV BACK ON THE WALL,WE TURNED IT ON AND THERE ARE SOME VERTICAL LINES ON THE SCREEN, HE TOLD ME THE PANEL HAS TO BE REPLACED, I ASKED HIM HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE, HE SAID THAT IS UP TO SAMSUNG BASED ON HOW LONG THEY CAN GET THE PARTS. THE TECH CALLED SAMSUNG ON SPEAKEAKER PHONE TO INFORM THEM OF THE PROBLEM, THE REP THAT WAS ON THE PHONE ASKED HIM IF THERE IS ANY CRACK, HE SAID NO. HE THOROUGHLY INSPECTEC THE TV WITH HIS FLASH LIGHT, HE FOUNDED NO SCRATCH OR CRACKED ON THE TV. I NEVER HEARD FROM SAMSUNG THEN, I CALLED TO DO A FOLLOW UP, THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY TICKET WAS DECLINED BECAUSE THE TECH SEND A PICTURE OF A CRACK ON MY TV, I ASKED THEM FOR PROOF OF THE CRACK, TO SEND ME A PICTURE WHERE THE CRACK IS? THEY SAID THEY CAN'T, THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS TO SEND IT TO ME. I CALLED THE SERVICE CARE THEY SAID SAMSUNG HAS TO SEND IT TO ME.
THEY PROBALY INCENTIVIZE THE TECHNICIAN FOR LIES THAT CAN HELP THEM DENIED CLAIMS. MY TV HAS NO CRACK OR SCRATCH....
Samsung dishwasher
I Bought a Samsung dishwasher about 8 months ago model DW60BG750FSLEU
7 Days ago the spray became detached rendering the machine unusable, I offered to fix it myself if Samsung would supply the drawings for this part. I have had one useless phone call from Samsung, I am now withdrawing my offer to fix it myself and am trying to arrange a service call with Samsung, at this stage I want it repaired or replaced, I don't think Samsung know the meaning of service, better to buy another brand
Samsung truly have the worst customer…
Samsung truly have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 32 years of living. I've never experienced such incompetency from one brand - they took our tv away as a part of a trade-in deal, we don't like the new tv we bought due to being mis-informed by a Samsung 'expert' who definitely shouldn't have that title. And now we want to return the tv, they won't give us any money back for the fact we gave them a fully functioning TV!!!
Purchased a Samsung 75 inch tv in…
Purchased a Samsung 75 inch tv in December 2025 and then June 2026 I could smell burning then a big shadow appeared on the screen of course the tv warranty had expired , the company that Samsung deal with quoted 425.00 for the repair but Samsung were going to give me a discount code ( woo hoo) that helps , NOT . If you want a purchase to last then it is DEFINATELY NOT SAMSUNG the cost of the product is not worth it
Samsung Service is a NIGHTMARE!!
I used to be a huge fan of Samsung. From smartphones to household appliances, I trusted the brand and was generally very satisfied with its products.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Samsung's customer service has been a nightmare.
Two years ago, I bought a Samsung stick vacuum (around €400) through Bol.com. It worked perfectly until this year, when the turbo brush suddenly stopped working.
I contacted Bol.com and started the warranty repair process. Samsung then called me (the staff member was already quite unfriendly) and we arranged for the brush to be collected on June 1, 2026.
When the courier arrived, he had no identification, no paperwork to sign, and unexpectedly insisted on taking the entire vacuum cleaner instead of just the brush.
Three days ago, I contacted Bol.com for an update. They could only see that the vacuum had arrived at the repair center and told me to be patient.
Today is June 12. For almost two weeks, I have been unable to vacuum my home despite having two cats, and I have received absolutely no updates.
This morning, I called Samsung Repair myself. A rude representative informed me that, according to a note in the system dated June 10, the vacuum was already ready to be returned. He then told me that I should call the repair center myself. Apparently, it was my responsibility to follow up on the repair status.
When I asked for the phone number and called, I was told that the repair center was based in the Netherlands and that I should contact their Belgian office instead, since I live in Brussels. The vacuum will be returned on Monday 15 June.
Overall, Samsung's customer service and repair process have been disappointing, unprofessional, and unnecessarily frustrating. Samsung can point fingers at couriers, repair centers, or retailers, but ultimately Samsung is responsible for handling warranty repairs properly and keeping customers informed.
As a result:
I no longer recommend buying Samsung products.
I certainly do not recommend purchasing them through Bol.com if you expect efficient after-sales service.
The vacuum itself was excellent. The customer service experience was not.
