Samsung washing machine 1400 7kg eco
Samsung washing machine 1400 7kg eco. Purchased the machine 3.5 years ago. After 1 y the first problem with the inverter / direct drive repaired in warranty (though after a number of visits of the technician and long waiting time: on my specific question the technician admitted that the direct drive was a weak point of the machine and he has seen it around other times). Now 2 years after the first problem, the same issue occurred again. The direct drive has 10 y warranty (I just learned from Samsung that this is valid for the part only, while the work is to be paid - when I purchased the machine it was said that the warranty was covering also the change of the part). Calling the Samsung service they asked approximately 900dkk for the inspection visit and min additional 1400dkk for the second visit to replace the part. Additional parts necessary to replace would be charged. And this would take time during which I would be without any washing machine. So I contacted the Samsung after sales to purchase the part myself and change it by myself (I am quite sure of the problem). The after sales replied that they have no such part to be sold (probably this is a system set up to sell new machines (hope not) and not to repair existing or to use their slow service). Result: I was forced to trash a relatively new washing machine easy to fix as it's repair would cost more than buying a new of same or better specs. I am really disappointed that a company such as Samsung does not do more for the sustainability. All in all from all viewpoints a negative experience: machine of poor quality, service slow, warranty conditions unclear (or explained badly). It has certainly been my last Samsung
Galaxy Note 9
Hi to all, i ordered the new note 9. outright purchase not contract and 2 years insurance cover. i received email saying my phone would be delivered 7th Sept. the email also stated the dpd driver would be unable to leave it in a safe place so i arranged a day off work(we live rural).
Guess what....no delivery.i contacted the Samsung shop and it became clear they dont have the phones as yet. They also said they were'nt sure of my address details. I gave them again butt still no phone.
My obvious gripe is i lost a days work because of their dishonesty.
I wrongly assumed that buying from the OEM would be a guarantee of good service. im trying to get my money refunded thro paypal.
I would like to add in fairness that my house is full of Samsung products from tablets to washing machine, tv's etc and i've never had a problem so i can only assume the issue is with the mobile phone dept's.
S8 - good hardware, the worst software
Samsung just keeps adding "features" nobody wants. Their oreo update was the worst (so far). I can't set a device owner without something locking my whole phone with a factory reset being the only option.

Samsung washing machine
I bought a Samsung washing machine because the five year parts and labour warranty was appealing to me. The machine was expensive and I could have bought two average priced machines for what I paid for this. When it came to using the warranty Samsung contracted out the repair and the technician was not specifically trained for Samsung machines. It took him 2 weeks to find the time to look at the machine to find out what was wrong with it. Then told me it would take another week for the part to arrive. I called Samsung to complain about their after care service and found it was a call centre. They refused to talk to me because it was my husband who called about the fault with the machine. I explained the receipt for the machine is in my name as is the warranty that I registered on line with Samsung. The man was rude and threatened to end the call which at this point had lasted 45 minutes. So I had no alternative but to put my husband on the phone. Luckily he was at home. My husband was on the phone another 30 minutes and was told they cannot do anything about the length of time we have been waiting. I called Samsung head office in Surrey. They also refused to discuss this with me as it was my husband who logged the fault. All they would say was that the part has been ordered and it will be completed within timescales of 28 days and that is written in the warranty which I should have known at the time I purchased the machine. However you do not register the warranty until after purchasing the machine and you are then directed to the terms and conditions.
I feel their after care is in need of improvement. To expect a busy home to manage without a washing machine for 28 days in this day is unacceptable. They would not send the part express delivery or talk to the technician to get me an earlier appointment. Most things can be delivered the next day. Samsung head office said their machines are intricate and some of the parts are difficult to get. The heating element has gone in the machine and as this is a main part I wouldn't have thought this would be too difficult to obtain. It appears mobile phones and TV's are Samsung's specialty and I will not be buying another Samsung washing machine. I could have got a cheaper machine and paid a repair technician and been dealt with quicker. This is not the after care I would expect from a company as big as Samsung.

I was very excited when the new s9 was…
I was very excited when the new s9 was released. I went into the Manchester Arndale Samsung store and asked to purchase the blue phone. The sales person sold me a black phone, which I did not realise until I took the phone out of the box at home. I called the store manager to let him know this immediately after I discovered the error and asked whether I could change the phone for a blue one. He assured me this could be done. I returned to the store, at which point the store manager changed his mind, instead getting very defensive about the errors made in store, making various untrue presumptions about the events of the day before, and aggressively blaming me for not inspecting the box closely before purchase. This very much upset me. I attempted to phone Samsung the next day but was left with the phone not being picked up for 45 minutes in the morning and 35 minutes in the afternoon before I hung up. I attempted to contact them by email however customer services have been most unhelpful and untrue presumptions surrounding the situation have continued to be asserted. They have now decided to stop responding to my emails. I have genuinely never received worse customer service in my life and it is shocking to discover I am not alone
good experience
good experience, trusted devices, samsung is my favorite from tv remote to a mobile phone.
Bought a Samsung fridge 5 years ago and …
Bought a Samsung fridge 5 years ago and every year the fridge has gone wrong. We have called out engineers every time but almost the same time every year the fan breaks and the fridge makes a horrendous noise. Cannot recommend!
Galaxy note 5
This is by far the best phone that i have ever had in the 15 years that i have had one.
There is nothing to like about Samsung and their products
For those buying Samsung products of any kind, when you pick up your phone or switch on your TV, think about this. South Korea take part in some of the most horrific torture to dogs and cats on the planet yet Samsung are not interested in helping this improve, they turn a blind eye and are solely interested in their profits. Millions of dogs and cats are boiled alive, hung up and asphyxiated, hung up and blowtorched, limbs and paws cut off and skinned, all whilst still being ALIVE and fully conscious as these people believe the more they torture the animal, the better the meat will taste. There are millions of dogs every year who are born in these cages and for their whole lives are in the hands of these individuals and they witness daily the horrific killings of their friends and family around them. South Korea and Samsung bring shame to the world and the only way this can improve for these animals is for us to stop buying anything from companies like Samsung who are unethical and profit hungry. Shame shame shame on you Samsung.
Horrible service, I have been lied to since november
So i bought the samsung galaxy to receive the $250 "gift of the season" and $100 rebate on samsung.com. to date I received NOTHING and calling their tech supports just gave me multiple tickets which also led to NO RESPONSE. Basically the whole prize system is a sham and must be reported to the BBB.
Cashback scam, poor warrantys, poor service
Ive had it with this company, last year they stung me for £50 on there cash back scam. Now my brand new dishwasher failed in just 2 weeks, but they cant fix it as its too new, but the engineer who came out signed it off as fixed (when all he did was look at it), so im sitting for 2 weeks now with no dishwasher.
Also when you register your appliance with them its supposed to give you a 5 year warranty, but it still says 2 or 1 years on my stuff. When i spoke to them about it, they said you have to have some number!!! making me feel like i had done something wrong. Very bad making the customer jump through hoops and do a little dance while they laugh and say its not done right. I will not be buying anymore samsung appliances.
