We used Saltire previously to fix an…Faulty Lock

We used Saltire previously to fix an internal lock. This time our main back door was not opening. Jay from Saltire came the same day - with no callout charge - opened the door then identified that the barrel was faulty.

He replaced the barrel and other parts, realigned the door which was off centre and explained fully what he was doing. We have a five year guarantee with him.

Would highly recommend.An excellent tradesman who is Master Lock trained.
