Today I noticed a lot of empty shelves. This was especially so down the bread aisle

As supermarkets go Sainsbury's are hard to fault but there are a couple of issues I would like to raise. As a vegetarian it's annoying that items you can purchase in one branch are unavailable in others this means a six mile round trip to another branch instead of a ten minute walk to my local store. I would also like to comment on the instore bakery sourdough baguette it would be good if these could be baked properly before being put on sale. Asides for these two minor gripes Sainsbury's is by far and away my favourite supermarket.

Sainsbury’s is a household name and I do find that the produce and meat prices are reasonably fair. I don’t like the way food prices are increasing but I find the staff both friendly and helpful when I can’t find an item. I use Sainsbury’s for my shopping and I also look after my brothers home shopping every four weeks.

Shopping is a necessary evil, I would prefer not to! It is just that the Sainsbury's I use is in a convenient location where I can buy most things I need. Are least the staff are friendly, it is easy & free to park & using the scan as you shop saves me half an hour on my weekly shop.

I regularly buy Sainsburys Taste The Difference ready meals for one. They are delicious, the best.

There is not enough people on tills.staff are filling the food up.There should be night staff doing that we live in bispham

Always a problem to be able to take a trolley full of shopping through a manned till , staff are more concerned with on line orders

I shop in Sainsbury’s every week -
Excellent Nector offers - wide variety of groceries -
housewares , greetings cards almost everything you can think of under one roof.
The majority of staff are friendly and helpful and plenty of parking.
Don’t rate the shoe repair / watch battery replacement - very expensive.
Would’ve shop anywhere else.

I can always find what I want in Sainsburys's Lancaster, be it food, household goods or clothing. The staff are always friendly and helpful .

Lovely drivers who go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with products delivered. Occasionally poor packing which results in goods being squashed. Some short ‘use by’ dates but new ‘request refund’ online is very helpful. Overall very pleased with Sainsburys!

my sainsbury's at Longstone is no longer a pleasure to shop in
the store looks very untidy empty boxes left lying prices on shelves not same as at till they have a freezer containing soft fruit which has a lid missing for over 6 weeks and quality of vegetables leave a lot to be desired
definitely looks like the manager has lost interest in their job

I have a very good relationship with Sainsbury's. I am regularly buying on line from them because the quality, prices and offers are amazing! Customer service is very professional. The Occasions range of meat and fish is expensive but worth it! Very fresh and delicious!

Disappointed when products I wish to purchase are no longer on sale at this store.
I had to drive to another store 10+ miles away to purchase.

Store is very well setup and easy to negotiate the isles with plenty of room. Good selection of foods.
Unfortunately I personally think that Sainsbury’s is getting very expensive!! I know food shopping is expensive everywhere but at this time other supermarkets are trying hard to give better offers and slightly lower prices

Good service but online the annoying thing is with 'Favourites' list of purchases.
Sainsbury's remove items if you are not ordering every week or to.
Most annoying!!

The delivery was made on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was due to the fact that a bottle of window cleaner was laid straight down amongst other shopping. The bottle was leaking causing me to refuse delivery of a packet of oats as the cleaner had soaked into the package. This was the second week that I had ordered the cleaner and the second time that the same type of bottle had leaked in the delivery box. Normally this type of bottle has been placed inside a bag to prevent this issue. Other than that I am happy with my delivery.
