Well happy proper customer service
Well happy proper customer service. Know nothing so phoned for advice asked probably about 15 minutes worth of questions absolutely no problems at all and he even saved me £50 by recommending something cheaper as what I thought was better wasn’t. So ordered Thursday afternoon with free delivery and it turned up all Friday afternoon.

Useless customer service
Placed an order for a paddleboard and separate paddle on a Wednesday. Following Monday I emailed to chase it up. Told board actually wasn't in stock and refund had been issued. I then asked if the paddle was in stock, told it was and I'd have to reorder it. I then asked why I wasn't contacted to see if I still wanted the paddle. To reorder just the paddle now incurred shipping costs which I asked if they could waiver, email totally ignored. Thanks Lisa and sailboats for useless customer service

Helpful and Friendly Staff
I called for advice on buying a kayak and spoke to Ian. Very knowledgeable and gave me really helpful advice on which model would work for us. The website was easy to navigate and place an order. Delivery was great with a quick dispatch and I was kept up to date throughout. Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely purchase from them again

Contacted about purchasing a Laser 1. Very short answer “we don’t have any, not sure if we will at all” conversation very abrupt no explanation. I am glad they didn’t in the end as customer service and politeness seems to have passed them by.

So I ordered a sup from this company…
So I ordered a sup from this company that was out of stock everywhere and sailboats claimed to have in stock, i was unsure however I did message the company of facebook and I had a super quick response on an evening at the weekend and they said that it was in stock. I ordered and payed for 1 to 2 day delivery and it came in 2 days as described, well chuffed and great customer service. Thanks sailboats. K.bristow
