The staff is nice at least
The people are always nice, but 4 months for MRI, or 4 months for a CT. In total I've probably spent 3 years waiting for tests the past 4 years.
A year to even get in touch with a doctor here. Doctor off on vacation? Hospital doesn't care, doesn't notify patient. Patient has to claw that information out of the hospital. 6 weeks added wait time.
Their emergency department have rejected me before and told me to go to a different hospital. Shouldn't they care that the patient has waited in the emergency room for 3 hours and assist them to get the other hospital?
There seems to be no one that actually cares that you get healthy beyond the very few minutes you see someone. You always have to drag them by the feet to get any information out of them. No appointment is tracked digitally. You have to ask them week after week for any information or that they haven't just forgotten that you exist. You can't reliably get any appointment or information on how many MONTHS of wait time there is.
The amount of stress and effort it takes out of me to event try to get healthcare is exhausting and leads to various other ailments and has destroyed the better part of 4 years of my life.
Honestly, It's my mistake for not paying for private healthcare after all this time, since there is barely any public healthcare available here.
Date of experience is based on the last time I was in contract with them, on which they said they messed up but provided no reconciliation for why I'm now forced to wait an additional 3 months.
