Just Awful
Awful experience… Sent my daughter to get her hair done for her senior prom with an inspiration photo and what we got was nothing short of a disaster. Master stylist Stacy not only let my daughter walk out of that salon looking the way she did, but she was comfortable enough to take her money as well. Pictures are worth 1000 words I don’t know any master stylist who could look at the quality of the work that was done today on my daughter and think that it was even remotely appropriate. When I left a Google review, instead of the owner apologizing, she shamed my daughter. She’s 17 and she was embarrassed and humiliated…when my daughter asked for her money back for the terrible job done on her hair she was ignored and got no response.
The owner is very unprofessional, the Master stylist should not have taken my daughter‘s money and leaving her hair in the state that it was left in.
I will be pursuing a full refund, given we had to pay another stylist to fix her hair.
I would not recommend this business at all.
