Amazing customer service from Sam
Amazing customer service from Sam. (Gateshead Team Valley) Needed storage fairly last minute, was able to go down to safe store, have a look at units and discuss costs and options. Everyone was very friendly. The process was made very easy thanks to Sam, he made the entire experience seamless and easy. The storage itself is very clean and well organised. Would recommend.

Exemplary customer service
From the call returned within an hour of making an enquiry online through to dropping off the items to be stored, the team at Safestore in Plymouth were the embodiment of efficiency. They were cheerful and helpful, and made sure I had every question answered without feeling I was a nuisance. Their customer service is an example to other businesses.

Great Customer Service
Just got myself a storage space at Safestore North at Charles St. Glasgow.
From reserving the space online, *which was 50%off for first 8 weeks, to the follow up confirmation chat with Carrie, who was amazing, everything was very straight forward, hassle free. Went in to see the space before signing on the dotted line. Carrie and Sean were really informative and helpful.
I would definitely recommend Safestore Glasgow Charles St. just for the service team alone never mind the great price.

Immaculate and clean . Easy use of trolleys and a lift to get to our unit.

So kind and so sweet
So kind and so sweet! I was really stressed while moving my things in on my own, but one of the employees noticed I had a lot to move and kindly helped me get everything to my storage unit. It made such a difference and took so much stress off my shoulders. He was so kind. Another employee also reassured me about my concerns and overthinking regarding upgrading last minute and was incredibly helpful, funny and friendly.
