The device was delivered in good time (ordered 11 Jan, delivered 16 Jan) and was well packed, with good batteries, fixing screws and a detailed manual with full installation guidelines and a helpful drilling template.

Reliable firm from which I've bought smoke alarms on several occasions. When contacted over the phone they've always been very helpful, and the return of a detector under warranty was handled very efficiently.

Safelincs is clearly a wonderful very professional company, I rate them 5 stars, brilliant in products, communication. I felt really safe and cherished in their hands. However, EVRI is the delivery company, and while they delivered, their communication was suboptimal, and I waited for days after they said the product was out for delivery. I don't mind the delay, I do mind the lack of communication. Hence my review rates Safelincs as 5 stars, EVRI as 3 stars, hence my overall rating

Replacement smoke alarms arrived 2 days after ordering . New alarms fitted easily to the old base-plates. Job done in less than 30 minutes. excellent service.
