It was delivered in a timely manner and the follow-up was exceptional.

I was internet shopping for a large gun safe and luckily stumbled upon Texas Safe and Vault. Better yet, my contact was Konnelly. He took the time to walk me through the best options (through emails and phone calls/text) and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I ended up making the purchase and the safe arrived perfect and even sooner than quoted. This wasn't the end of my experience. Konnelly followed up and made sure I got the warranty, and, at the time, rebate paperwork completed. He also took care of a small request to increase the lighting capacity inside the safe. I can't recommend Konnelly and Texas Safe & Vault enough, you won't get better advice or better customer service anywhere!

I had a problem with my Vaultek VE10. The electronic touch pad for access failed and was no fault of Vaultek. Unfortunately, I accidently left a package which leaked a glue substance into the unit. Customer support informed me that unit was not repairable and that I would be receiving a refurbished unit at no cost. This was wonderful news. Thank you Grace and Vaultek Support Team!!

My bank rental safe deposit box was terminated after more than 40 years with the bank. Sales consultants discussed options over several months ranging from large 400 pound to smaller safes for my needs -- the pro's and con's. Included in the discussions were various strategies for location and/or concealment.

As far as the product is concerned it seems to be a nice well-built item, but I ordered a black safe and received a white safe. That being said I'm going to keep it as it blends into my wall color anyway.

Safe exactly as described. Accurate dimensions and specs. Did take more than anticipated to be delivered but delivery was as perfect as can be. Packed well with adequate protection against damage. Box in which safe arrived was on a wood pallet but bottom of cardboard box cut away, so a simple matter to raise box and inspect the safe. Driver offered to take packing materials away. He refused a tip even though took time to bring safe into our garage as requested. Would have wheeled it into house but we were not ready for it.
