GM Nomad Appearance fraud
I was sold a GMP Nomad Appearance product and warranty by Culver City Chevy when I purchased a 2027 Bolt. $2495+tax. When I read my contract, it said I had to show that the product was applied and the date it was applied. I got the COMPLETE records by date of all that had been done to my car and NO PRODUCT HAD BEEN applied. General Sales Mgr says the "proof" was the money that I had paid. They could not produce proof that they had fulfilled their side of the contract. Because Tax was applied, it had to be a product, not just a warranty. Requests for refund were denied by dealership and Nomad, which is managed by Safeguard
