I bought a belt from Dave's Deals. I understand there are no returns. However, I was disappointed to fine that the blemish was that it was sized inaccurately. It's marked 36 but really is a 38. Not very helpful.

Do not purchase from this company - paid for expedited shipping and that don’t happen. Tried to return the product the very next day after receiving it and returns are not possible even though the site claims a 30 day return policy. False advertising and no customer service responses - do not purchase from this company.

Delivery took a long time with no shipping status updates. Once the item came, we were very impressed, only problem is that laptops sleeve is not big enough for the laptop to fit (and we sized up). I have requested a return label for a refund for over two months with nothing but slow responses and lip service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I purchased a laptop bag from Saddle Leather Goods. While the bag looked nice, it did not offer adequate padding or support to properly protect a laptop—it honestly felt like a thin piece of cardboard had been sewn inside.

I contacted the company the same day I received the bag to request a return. Their website clearly states they have a 30-day return policy, but I was given the runaround for the entire 30 days. Each time they responded, they said they were looking into the matter or working on sending a return label. They specifically instructed me not to send the bag back without their label, yet despite multiple emails back and forth, I never received one.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend their products. Additionally, the bag was shipped from India, so these are not American-made products.

These folks are a scam. They act like they are this wonderful mom and pop family owned business. Their products are made in Mexico. My wife purchased 2 purses from Saddleback. Both broke within 90 days- they offered to have her ship it to Mexico and have it repaired and it would take 2-3 months ( for a zipper). So, while the company claims “they’ll fight over their products when you are dead”. Well, it’s garbage - I don’t think anyone really cares about garbage. Don’t order from these folks, they are just liars and thieves.

I paid for the most expensive premium delivery option, expecting quick dispatch and service. Instead, it took 10 days just for the shop to hand the product over to the courier I paid for. This completely defeated the point of paying extra.

To make matters worse, my emails to customer service were ignored entirely. No acknowledgement, no explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue.

Extremely poor service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliability or professionalism.

Over the years I have purchased 2 products from Saddleback Leather: their “Water Bag” large case which I have used as a trial case for since 2013, and a mid sized briefcase acquired a few years later because I was so happy with the quality of the Water Bag,

Both have been used extensively and while now showing obvious of ample use (a proper “50 mission crush”) are still structurally flawless. Not a single loose seam, stretched strap, or broken buckle. They show every sign of living up to the “they will fight over it when you are dead” motto.

They are not inexpensive, not light weight, and the style may not appeal to all. Still, if you are looking for leather bag that will never fall apart, even under hard use, I doubt you will find better.

You can always count on their thoughtful designs, outstanding craftmanship and beautiful leather on every single piece. And they have the nicest customer service people you'll ever talk to. I check their site almost weekly, just hoping to find something new to add to my collection. It's just great stuff.

Exceptional customer service. I have not experienced as good treatment as this before. Enthusiastic staff who were courteous and helpful. The return for repair process was painless and all taken care of by Saddleback. They honoured their warranty 17 years after I purchased the bag, and the bag has been returned looking great. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase leather goods.

Purchased a pilot bag, small satchel, leather sleeve for my Mac Pro, and a leather sleeve for my Xeon Thinkpad. Top notch gear. Fair pricing, prompt shipping. And I will continue to give them business!

I've bought three bags from Saddleback sister company, Forever41. They have excellent quality leather and great customer service! My bags always get great compliments. I'm very pleased with their products. Also, I love that they're altruistically minded and help people in need in Africa. Awesome company!

I have ordered several times from saddleback, and never had a problem. They have several ways of contacting customer service, and they always reply quickly and are helpful with any questions you might have.
