Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I’ve been dealing with Saddar.App support team for over a month with no resolution. They asked me to return the package at my own expense, which I did and provided full proof. After receiving it, they stopped responding.
Before Eid, they delayed it saying it would be handled after the holidays. Even after following up, they continue to give excuses with no clear response. They also failed to provide their NTN/SNTN when requested.
I’ve given them a final deadline until Friday. If unresolved, I will proceed with legal action and raise this publicly.
