I shouldn't even rate them a one star
I shouldn't even rate them a one star. Please don't go with them for any service. I haven't forgotten about my deposit they unlawfully took and haven't given back since 2017!

To those people thinking of using Rustic Events....PLEASE DON'T! They continually take people's deposits then you never hear from them again. "They" are Stephen & Lindsay Townsend. They quite happily took £600 deposit last October but when it came to the tasting event (due to be held in May of this year) it was mysteriously cancelled... even the tasting event venue had not been paid for hire by the Townsends. And to add to that they didn't provide the service they said they would for our wedding in September. There are double figure county court judgments against Stephen Townsend and yet he still continues to take people's money. I hope those people considering using this company see this review (& the others) and go elsewhere. Please avoid at all costs!!
Took our money and didn’t deliver the service we had in writing on a contract - absolute shambles and made our wedding
If I could give this company less than one star I would. I had to take this company to court for stealing my deposit money. The district judge described the operation as a “total scam”. Please be careful of the company. There is a facebook group with over 27 members who have all been ripped off.
