Mediocre sound quality. If the unit itself wasn’t on sale, and I could fit earbuds in the helmet, I would not have purchased it.

Product fantastic customer service not so much
When we purchase the helmet and Bluetooth it should come installed already, you spend $800 and have to completely gut the helmet and have to install yourself, poor business on your half.
