what is going on in here?

I send an email asking if this store can delively a doll to Norway and this is the answer I get:

If my translator is right it says: NO, BECAUSE THE SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE.

Well, in your website it says:
Vi skickar även till Norge, Danmark och Finland (frakten utanför sverige är 99kr).

Som jag skrev till dig nyss så har vi slutat med det, frakten är för dyr och kunderna vill inte betala det. Fraktpriserna har blivet för dyra tyvärr, vi hoppas att vi framtiden börja med det igen. Vi kan kolla på vad varan du är intresserad av kostar att skicka om du vill.

Misleading stock information

I recently bought a jigsaw puzzle in which the stock was available. After 10 days and by contacting the support, I was let know that it was actually not available.

Due to the fact that the information was wrong, that kept me waiting for a dispatch that would take a long to eventually happen.
