The creases go away after 2-3h
We recently ordered a rug from Rugvista and cannot be more happy with it. Quality vs price is great! It is delivered in a strange shape and has a lot of creases on it, but if you fold it on the flat surface and leave for 2-3h it will be much better immediately. Don't have it for long so cannot say anything about durability but for now it all looks great!

Poor quality extra large rug
I purchased an extra large rug which arrived extremely compact. On rolling out the rug there was clear raised damaged creases in the rug. I made contact by telephone with the company who informed me to leave the rug for a few months and the creases would come out naturally. We are now January, 4 months later and have tried everything to get the creases out without success. This rug cost in excess of £700 and I extremely disappointed with the quality. I would like the company to give me a full refund.
