Hi! We are sorry about the package. The delivery companies require us to fold the carpets, otherwise they would not be fit to be sent out. The carpet should regain its original shape after a few weeks, if you unfold it and use some heavy objects to flatten it. As for the delivery, it is regrettable that it took longer. We send the carpets out of our warehouse as soon as the order is received, and the delivery companies sometimes take longer. If you have any further problem with the carpet, please send us an email. Woollen carpet
Carpet is in the same colours and technique as in the pictures. Unfortunately you cannot touch it in online shop,so I was surprised that the woollen hand made carpet is quite "biting".
But it is OK and I appreciate that it smells nice.

Not exactly as in photo, but I am still happy
The carpet arrived to Czech republic really fast and it was packaged well, just a little dusty. I have to say it is not exactly the same as in the photo, some motives are kinda wobly, but I think that is something that comes with hand tufting. Colors are exactly like in photo and it is nice, thick and soft.
