Being a long time customer with Rue La La I am very disappointed that they do not appreciate their customers! I had problems with my return which was NOT a final sale and customer service did not help me at all!!! Never ever will by anything from Rue la la as there are a lot more other companies that DO appreciate their customers!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I purchased a dress for an event… one of 5 from various sites. I decided against the dress purchases at RueLALa. I was told it is final sale yet, I had no idea when I purchased it that it was final sale or I would have never bought it. My receipt does not show final sale either. I am livid. How is a customer to know a sale is final if it is not stated anywhere. Horrible customer service and fraudulent sale in my opinion.
You don’t get what you paid for
I have been a customer for years. Hard to reach customer service, they do not give you what you order and refuses to honor what is advertised as if it’s your fault they advertise the wrong size and price. I ordered a medium size bag over $1600, they send me a smaller size, it wasn’t the size advertised. Worst customer service ever.

I have been a loyal customer, I have ordered many things throughout the years and never had a problem. I can not understand why so many people complain! A few times the delivery was a bit late but that was due to the weather. I love Rue and will continue to be a loyal and happy customer!!!!
Horrible Company - Shame on Them
I was sent the wrong item and have tried reaching out to customer service numerous times and in numerous ways. Zero response. I’m out $200 with a garbage product that is not what I ordered.

I accidentally placed a order on wrong address, and IMMEDIATELY reached out to customer service, they NEVER got back to me and proceed to send the item to wrong address. Even though the automatic reply is get back 2 business day. This business is shattered to pieces. What a SHAME. Now I am just hoping I can intercept my package at local USPS. I also found out from USPS on this $700+ shoes they do not require signature, What s cheap ass move on Rue lala. After this purchase I am never touching this site. Stay away

I bought a pair of Bruno Mali size 6 1/2 which I am a true 6 1/2. It was not authentic and price was absurd for something that lacked the quality that I expected from this “so called” designer!! All I wanted was to exchange for a size 7 and they refused saying there were no exchanges or returns. Do not order from this company ever.

I placed an order 1/16. The shipping labels for two boxes were both printed on 1/17. One item was delivered 1/24. At that time I reached out to customer service and requested an update. When they were unable to provide one (they clearly lost the package) I requested that they refund my money. Their shipping policy clearly states that you should wait 2-7 business days for DELIVERY. I am now at 10+ business days and they are still giving me the runaround and refusing to refund me my payment and the item has not even left their facility. Unfortunately, I paid via Paypal instead of my credit card so disputing this will be a longer process, but it looks like I have no choice. Even though I have pointed out that they have not held to their own deadlines, they refuse to refund me after THREE requests for a refund. I just sent my 4th request and if not honored I will be filing a paypal dispute and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I can figure out how to do that for an online company. So disappointing. This company used to be GREAT and has severely gone downhill.

Ordered two dresses that were not final sale when ordered. One arrived damaged and one was a crumpled mess. After 3 attempts to contact customer service, I was denied a refund. $200 for damaged goods! Do not buy here!

These expensive cashmere lined leather gloves for women finally arrived but they were not the colour shown on the website and not the luxurious lining as described. When I ordered they were not on sale but when they arrived they were a sale item and not returnable. The gloves compare unfavourably with a pair of cashmere lined leather gloves from Marks and Spencer at a fraction of the price. Avoid this company.

I’ve been shopping with RLL for 8 years… the customer service and shipping has gone from 5 stars to 1… in the last 3 years I’ve ordered monthly spending several thousand of dollars a year… I don’t know what’s happening internally but orders are not being shipped… customer service handled a call today, Melinda… very rude … it’s different and I will perhaps try Gilt which is also the same items … I placed an order on1/6/25 for a $224 handbag… it has not shipped from their wherehouse… I have tracking apps route/shop on my phone and both show the item has never left the Kentucky whse… when I asked Melinda in CS at RLL if she could just make sure it would ship … she stated no … she had to do a refund… I explained when I placed the order it showed there was 2 in stock but if she does a refund those may sell out… in prior years concierge/customer service would have looked into it and not insisted on canceling the order and filing claim… ridiculous
Great Customer Experience
I felt a bit of trepidation after placing an order for two Laura Ashley quilts I’d been searching for to match the decor of my guest room and finally found them at great prices at Rue La La. They were final sale and initially indicated a delivery time of around 10 days so I started to worry they’d be damaged and my gleeful attempt at savings would backfire. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised - the items arrived much faster than expected and in perfect condition.

I like their products however when it's time to return, it takes a long time for the item to be received at their facility even though you for the cost. They provide the label only. However, when you want fir them to keep the funds for another purchase, almost immediately you see the credit. I am confused as to what determines the item to be received for a refund as opposed to have a credit.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I went out on a limb & bought some Birkenstocks that were really not much cheaper than the Birkenstock website but I did it anyway. Shipping took forever which I was annoyed about but then I FINALLY got my sandals. It seemed as if I was sent TWO DIFFERENT SHOES! Mind you, they were both the correct size, correct color, correct brand, blah blah blah. But they both had two totally different finishes to the sandals! One had a smoother finish & the other was more rough???! They were clean. Didn’t look like they were worn before but the condition of the rougher looking finish on the one sandal looked as if it were worn. I got in touch with customer service & they offered me a 10% refund????????? I paid over $117. That measly 10% wouldn’t have even covered what I paid for shipping… THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM

It’s basically TJMaxx with absolutely no integrity. If you return things, get ready to be ignored. I returned an item on 12/7/24 and as of today (1/8/25) have not received one nickel. I’ve had to turn this over to my credit card company because they refuse to respond to my queries. A lot of their stuff is overpriced junk so beware. The retail price may not be the real value of the item originally either. They are hard to deal with and virtually incompetent.

Do not order with this company. They are a disaster. There is no direct connection to the international order team. My ticket number ticket:5394876 has been open for two weeks with no resolution in sight. The customer service are no help and admit to having no direct access to their own international team. Where are my goods or my money back. I will make it my mission to let your customers know how bad your service is until you give me the courtesy of a definitive reply & resolution. You keep sending auto emails that a reply will follow in 2 to 3 days without follow though.
