Avoid like the plague! No bonuses, terrible gameplay.. much better sites out there

Sign up offer is not bad but just be wary of the "rewards scheme" if you have points and buy a "free bet" the wager requirements ar 10x what ever your bet wins.... so you win £100, you have to use that to win £1001 to withdraw £1. Doesn't read that way in the advertising eithier, also massively limited slots. Avoid

Sent all documents to verify which they kept rejecting had £650 in withdrawals pending keep getting told different things by different agents it’ll take 2 business day it’s now been 3 it’s been processed it will be processed 😡 still waiting been told it was payed yesterday it would usually be in account next day! Never had a problem before this but this has been terrible with customer service so closed my account just hopin eventually I’ll get my money 🙄

OH dear, don't do what i did and read the reviews after you deposit BBBAADD move... i deposited £100 playing away sitting with £65 left balance .. so DOWN by 35 and they randomly kicked me out of my account, balance and bonus showing as zero.. contacted live chat aka Richard who can do nothing.. not a thing.. repeating over and over someone will contact me soon.. as my account is now restricted.. no reason why, never withdrew a thing .. not had any big wins but lost £100.. i think its time i stepped away from casinos lol dont do it guys! not worth it il update if i ever get the £65 that was sitting on the account or even better a full refund (im not very hopeful)

Update: they refunded the £65 that was in my account within the day

I must say I was sceptical with this site with so many poor reviews.
However my sign up was easy,as was verification.
Withdrawals were pretty fast.
The only negative side was my bonus got cancelled after making a withdrawal.
I wasn’t aware of this,but was in the terms and conditions.

Uploaded my documents got rejected twice so went on live chat after explaining my issues was left waiting over 40 minutes and then disconnected. Emailed the customer service team on numerous time just to be ignored. I have a pending withdrawal now for over a week and no signs of receiving this. I would never use this company ever again

I was worried at first when I made my first withdrawal but I uploaded all my documents before they asked and it took 1 day to receive my withdrawal. The second time I withdrew it took less than two hours too hit my bank so can't complain. The only down side is they charge you a fee to withdraw but I can live with that would definitely recommend.

£20 buy in promotion looked good for new signups. I loaded the website into a different browser to read T&C's and £10 buy in for the same benefits looked even better! So I logged in to that browser and the promotion disappeared. Bad tactics.

Won £3300 Verified account and payed out 3 days from start of validation ot cash in bank...Cant complain about that. Gave the wife 2 grand so she will not complain about me staying up half the night...LOL..Two things thou Should tell you to validate your account before you deposit and the £3 charge for withdrawals. Apart from that all OK.

Terrible, just awful customer service. Just copied & pasted their t'&c's to me when I queried something. I had deposited £110 to qualify for a free bets promotion. I withdrew additional cash that I had in the account not realising this would affect the bonuses. I made a genuine mistake. They were wholly unsympathetic. If this was a bank I'd be taking them to small claims court. As all the other reviews here say AVOID AVOID AVOID

I tried to withdraw £100 I have been with ruby bet over 12 months depositing £50 a month first time I withdraw that need a copy of the documents they have ended up saying keep it not worth the hassle keep away allright taking deposits but paying you is a different matter keep away

Shocking, do not use this firm they really are terrible.
Still trying to verify my address and as a result my withdrawal for £255 is stuck in “pending” status. They are quick to accept your deposit and take your bets but as soon as you win / withdraw they do everything possible to p!$$ you off.

Avoid RubyBet at all costs. In 20 years of gambling online, this is the worst experience of any gaming company I have used. It's the only company ever to NOT pay out winning proceeds. The worst part is it was for a mere £280 won on Live roulette. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. RubyBet takes 3 days to "review" your withdrawal. This should be a warning signal right away. Then with no other comms they say you have not produced the correct Verification docs. So after you upload these they then take another 3 days. This time I was informed my winning proceeds were Null and Void as I had apparently contravened their terms and conditions of Roulette. "playing more the 24 numbers and building a balance whilst changing betting patterns" I've never heard so much nonsense. This is LIVE Roulette. Currently going through a complaints procedure purely so I can raise a complaint with the Gambling commission. Avoid Ruby Bet at all costs !

Please please please AVOID this joke of a site at all costs.
They refuse to verify my address despite me sending them genuine PDF bank statements from Virgin Money.
They say it’s not a “traditional bank” and won’t accept them and won’t give me my winnings.
Do not even bother wasting your time in the live help as they absolutely powerless and can’t do anything to help you.

Rubybet has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. As you would imagine, the sign up and deposit process is very quick and slick. However, when winning a substantial amount (multiple 4 figures), Rubybet have become distant and are delaying my withdrawal. First of all, there was a 3 day verification window which frankly isn't reasonable. I was supposed to be informed when this check was complete but received nothing. Now verified, it's been 2 days already and the withdrawal has still not been processed. It's nothing more than holding onto funds as they want to make any winning customers experience miserable. Please do not deposit and play here, there are many better alternatives. Not to mention they also charge a hefty withdrawal fee!

Update -

Rubybet has seized my funds due to 'Irregular Play Patterns'. My bets at the casino were on Roulette. The first of these was a sizeable amount on Red. Once this fortunately won, I placed a further bet on two thirds which also won. I then proceeded to withdraw. This is surely illegal!? An official complaint will be made and followed up with the Gambling commission. How are companies like this even able to function.

Any advice on next steps or if anyone has faced this before would be most appreciated.

Tried every way to get out of paying my free bet out, and still haven't actioned my withdrawal.
