I bought my Timex Waterbury watch in March this year , excellent price and delivered promptly, well packaged, just as you would like all on line purchases.

Four months later and I had managed to crack the mineral glass whilst strimming in the garden. Both Steve and Gareth at Rubicon were super helpful in arranging to replace the glass. All done within a few weeks and now safely back on my wrist.

Excellent service, prompt delivery by Royal Mail "Tracked 48" and happy with product (ladies Timex watch). Very good choice of bracelet lengths which was very useful as my wife is very petite with slim wrists. The links that were removed to make my wife's size were sent with the watch, in the box, for potential future use - a thoughtful touch.

I bought my Seiko SSB479P1 recently and I absolutely love the watch.
I'd never used Rubicon Watches before and I thoroughly recommend them.

Great communication, good price and the watch was sent on time. All round perfect service. Couldn't be happier.

Ordering was easy and the watch arrived within a few days. I was advised by Royal Mail when it would be delivered and it came on time. The watch is lovely, well made and as I have a 25 year old Pulsar which is just starting to lose time, I know the new one will last.

I sent my 20+year old Pulsar kinetic watch to Rubicon Watches because the capacitor needed replacing.Whilst it was there I had it cleaned and a new glass fitted.
The staff at Rubicon were extremely pleasent and helpful, and when I received the watch back from repair; Wow! what an amazing job they had done, the watch was like brand new.
