We are surprised by your defamatory remarks, given the numerous positive reviews left by our customers on Trustpilot and Google.
You did receive your order from our company without any problems.
We understand your disappointment regarding the additional shipping costs for shipments to Canada. The distance between Luxembourg and Canada (over 7,000 km) results in significant shipping costs. Therefore, a shipping fee of €65 is automatically applied to deliveries to Canada, corresponding to the minimum rate charged by our carrier. These rates vary depending on the volumetric weight of the package. You ordered an ARROW manifold, a large component in terms of volume.
As stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we pass on these costs at the exact amount charged to us, without any markup. You could, of course, have refused these charges and requested a refund, which we would have fully understood.
Please be assured that if we were able to reduce these costs, we would gladly do so. Unfortunately, these costs are very real and bearing them would amount to selling at a loss, which is legally prohibited for us.

It appears you omitted some essential information. You received the product you ordered, but it appears you didn't take the time to read the full product description, which clearly states the compatible models and years. If you had, you would have noticed that the part number is intended for certain Suzuki Sixteen models, which you failed to take into account.
You tell us you're a professional mechanic, but it appears you didn't consider that there are several variants of the Suzuki Sixteen model. By relying solely on the product title, you overlooked important information that was clearly available.
We responded to your emails and agreed to issue a refund, subject to the return of the part at your expense, which you refused.
In summary, you received all the necessary information regarding the compatibility of the variator, both for the models and years concerned. You nevertheless chose to order this product, even though it was not suitable for your machine. We have provided this information clearly and accurately, and it is our customers' responsibility to comply with it. We cannot be held responsible for this omission.
You received the exact part you ordered.
You hold us responsible and want us to cover the return costs from Greece to Luxembourg, even though you are solely responsible for not having read the information provided to you.
We nevertheless made an effort by offering you a return at our expense, an offer you received and read but chose to ignore. We therefore consider your silence as a refusal.
We retain all of our exchanges, as well as the false statements you made. We reserve the right to defend our interests if these accusations continue.

I ordered a slip on without a midpipe (my own fault as it was specified on the product page). They tried to find the midpipe for me but to no avail and gave me a refund without issue.

Horrible customer service, slow, negligence, and bad quality damaged product received NEVER AGAIN! I bet all the positive feedback is paid AI. Try your reply in English your website/domain name also English and your customer also English, the Trustpilot site English and a main language in this planet also English. They als mentioning here in a reply they are sooo big of a company so no time for quality control before dispatching the items... what is wrong! But if they sooo big company why i have to waste my time for them to contact with the supplier they buying from to get a replacement rings? In a proper company like what we run here in UK if our customer receives damaged/broken parts WE are the one sending out the replacement ASAP and after dealing with the warranty claim from the supplier so not wasting our customers time and damaging our reputation.

Like it or not, all the good reviews are real and sincere! We satisfy all of our customers.
You sent several messages today, getting angry without even giving us time to answer you and contact the manufacturer.
You ask us to check each of the parts we send by opening the boxes of new parts, which is impossible given the quantity of product sent daily, but also because few customers would agree to receive opened kits and this is prohibited by the manufacturers!
Understand that we do everything possible to satisfy our customers but to do this, you must give us time to process your requests.
Edit : You ordered in a country whose official language is French, accept that the answers can be in French.
To conclude, you received a cylinder on time, we answered you quickly, the manufacturer acknowledged its wrongdoing in less than 12 hours. We are sending you new segments at our expense. This is the usual procedure and the one you accepted by validating our general conditions of sale.
The service you received was very good.
You seem to want to pick on us for no reason.
We tried to contact you but even your messaging ad is aggressive since you say "that you have to introduce yourself correctly and that this presentation suits you, then you will take the trouble to contact us again". It is a very strange way to receive a phone call.
We will ask you in the future to order from other stores where, I hope, we will have employees who work 24 hours a day and who will answer you and bring you what you want within minutes, while speaking all the languages of the world.
i have bought a kit variator tnt thats has less parts from picture of website they sell ..its smaller size than original via 0.8mm outer diameter
i have bought a kit variator tnt and they send me the kit with missing parts and the variator is smaller than original via 0.8mm . in the picture of website they have all the parts and they write its compatible with my brand moto model . when i put the order i told them to cancell it but they refused because the supplier already had send they said the order to them. i order what i saw on the picture. anyway keep away from them...i dont trust website that communicates only in their platform..and also the cost of shipping and postage is extremely high for their services.

You omit a lot of elements in your review.
You forget to say that you accepted the sending of the package since you asked us for your tracking number when you had just opposed your payment (information that we received after sending).
So you asked for a product to be delivered to you for which you requested a refund from your bank.
You also followed your package diligently since you clicked on the tracking link 8 times! So you were waiting for your kit, telling yourself that it would be free ... If you were in good faith, you would have refused your package so that it could be returned to us!
Then, you write to us to tell us that your kit is not complete (without any shame since I remind you that you opposed your payment with your bank).
Following your messages, we asked you what items were missing, and since January 7; we are still waiting for your response.
Before crying scandal and trying to harm us, we advise you to already show honesty and good faith.
We remain open to discussion in order to find a solution as soon as you are willing to answer us

I have yet to order anything from them, but I’ve contacted them about a couple of questions I had about some of their products and they were very quick to answer! They also gave a really informative and unbiased answer to a question I had about the performance of one of their exhausts. Judging by the other good reviews about this company as well as their awesome customer support I’d say that they’re a really good company who cares about their customers!

I wrote 2 reviews but message delivery failure could be the issue!
I wrote two slightly negative reviews of RRD and I think I need to take them back....
Reasons?
When I messaged them sometimes it says the message has failed, so I try until it says that the message has been sent but I think many of these have not worked!
The result was I thought they were ignoring me and they thought I was complaining before messaging them!
So I sincerely apologise but I also promise sincerely that I messaged them and gave them ample time to respond, but if they didn't get the messages then it's inevitable that they wouldn't reply!
I certainly have nothing to gain by lying and I promise on my mother's life that I messaged when I said I did - I almost felt like I was stalking them.
I have made the exhaust fit on my bike by mounting it on my bike with a restored frame that has not centre stand.
I'm leaving 5 stars because I trust them although rather than assuming I was lying I would have preferred they considered other possibilities.
RRD probably won't wish to deal with me again but I just hope this review helps and if other customers feel like they have been ignored, consider message failure as a possibility!

Initially RRD showed no understanding of my problem and its effects on my situation as their customer. I'm pleased to say that now after much deliberation and after speaking with their management, they have taken a new and revised policy to handle customer service, in a better way, in effect my loss is your gain! I feel sure that they can and will treat the smallest problems that can occur from time to time in a quick and efficient way with a positive outcome to their customers and the services they offer,for this reason I have removed my initial Trust pilot review

We have responded to each of your messages, but it seems that you did not wish to take our responses into account. The photos of the packaging that you sent us do not correspond to those that we use. Indeed, our adhesive tape bears the words "rrd-preparation.com", which is not the case in your photos, and this is what we have clearly explained to you.
It is essential for us to verify the legitimacy of the request.
You are surprised that PARMAKIT segments do not come from Italy, but we are a Luxembourg company. Furthermore, you accuse us of being mere distributors, while we have never claimed to be PARMAKIT. Our customer and technical service responds to all requests, every day (except Sunday), as quickly as possible. The fact that the standard procedure does not suit you does not mean that our customer service is lacking.
Furthermore, you contacted PARMAKIT on our behalf without giving us time to follow the warranty procedure. It is obvious that we must respect protocols, and these apply to all our customers, including you.
Sir, although we understand your dissatisfaction, this does not give you all the rights. We have treated your request with the respect that is required, and we ask you to do the same towards us.
