Royal migration RMS dubai they are located in dubai business bay 1001% bad service and bad behaviour and scam, almost two years they hold my money (3000aed) for New Zealand wirk visa, the need to get all documents such as educational, experience, previous visa copies etc every document submission they keeps one to two months gap they need to hold money long time from us. finally they asked me experience certificates i forward to them at the early moment but they need description on my experience certificates how can i do that? Who eating food they can understand that not possible to do, because they need to do that on issued experience certificates in fact i received experience certificates years ago and from many companies.

The thing is they are finding silly matters and aiming how to cansel process for getting money from their clients.

Really really they are fraud don't trust them don't waste your dreams and money .... I have all email conversation history with rms if someone need clarification i can show them.

Do not seek any consultation with Royal Migration, hopeless team. Once you pay money they will ask only documents update every 6 months due to policy change....

They are complete fraud. When you initiate your application they will contact you continously and say what ever documents you have you submit it to us and we will arrange for the missing documents. But after they got the money no body will reply to you or they will say the concerned person is in the meeting. They will mail you to send the documents when you send it they will say its not complete where before taking money they were saying what ever Document you have send it we will manage it and after that they will send an email that your case is cancelled as your documents are not completed.
My friend also applied with me he has complete they didn`t send a single mail to send his documents.
So, my advise to all not to fall in their trap and apply through a genuine consultant.

Dont trust this agrnt.they charged me 5000 dhs since 2years and nothing happened .and after sending a-lot of emails asking for refund they reply we closed your case permanently as we have proof of defaming over social media platforms

Kindly dont trust on Royal migration Dubai. they took money from me and did nothing. Almost 2 years completed but they r not able to show that they work on my profile and when i said refund my money they they said its not in the agreement that if you do the cancelation then we will refund. So they just wasted my money and time.

I do not recommend to use their service based on my personal experience. I lost 6000SAR and i trusted this company initially as they were contacting everyday but when they started to send emails monthly then I started to doubt their service. Their handling was very unprofessional.
1. I gave all the documents to them in beginning but they created my profile in express entry after 1 year, they delayed from their side.

2. they do not clarify requirements in the beginning slowly slowly they will ask for documents where you will run for 2 to 3 months and no success and then they claim to close the case due to documents not available.

3. Agreed timeline was 12-15 months, but they couldn't meet the commitment date and exceeded the timeline.

4. Till today there is no clarity on my progress what they have done so far. When you ask them, they don't respond.

As a consultant they should guide but i haven't actually got any consultancy services.
You will surely not get any clarification since beginning and once you pay the money, forget it.

They don't respond to emails, just take money from people with false promises.
Do not fall in trap.

It’s a scam. This company runs on Scam. Please don't use this. Save your time and money both.

They are very supportive and prompt in replying to the client. I got quick and expert advice for immigration services.
