We were put on to Royal Grass by a colleague who had work completed by James Hardwicke in Dorset. My wife and I decided to have Silk 35 fitted to our front lawn. The product is of superb quality, but more importantly James and his team were absolutely fantastic. Superb work, communication and professionalism throughout. James is a fine figurehead for your product and I thank him and his team for their excellent work.

A neighbour is having artificial grass fitted, but the workmen have placed their protective boards on my border; uprooted stakes that are there to protect plants ...
I wrote to Royal Grass to tell them about the issues, and they have ignored the communication.

Amazing service, helpful and sent samples and put us in touch with a certified fitter who was the best! Could not recommend more highly!

Lovely Grass, looks far more realistic than any of the other makes that we looked at, we had Lush installed which is an Indian Summer look. We took a long time to decide on an artificial lawn but this last summer once again wrecked the real lawn, now installed I can honestly say it looks fabulous.

Had Royal Grass (Wave) installed by a local authorised contractor. Impressed by the quality and natural look of your product. Installers were also excellent.

Royal Grass Silk 35 artificial grass supplied and fitted by Lusher Lawns. Very please with service and overall look and feel of the product. Will have to see how it weathers over the winter months.

Am very happy with the grass and edging. It has transformed the garden no end. Only glitch we had was with the edging as two lots were sent. The team at Lawn Logic Dorset were outstanding. They worked extremely hard in what were hot temperatures.

We had really good fitters that recommend this grass . Our grass was very well laid and looks amazing. The quality of this grass is great.

David and his team were 100% professional and very polite and we really couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience not to speak of the amazing finish

Everything went to plan first class job from tradesman only drawback was getting information for registering for warranty which we received after a few attempts. Ps we chose the lush grass .

We are really pleased we chose Royal Grass to come and measure and fit the artificial turf,they are a very professional company.We chose a turf called Lush on the recommendation of James the guy who did the laying of the grass,it was a good choice and looks very much like the real thing.
We would recommend this company.

Excellent product, very happy with finished look and quality of the grass

The grass product is very nice, it looks very real. The installation was ‘Ok’, but having had the opportunity to use our new outdoor space, we have noticed a few things where corners seem to have been cut. We also has cause to contact the installer about the covering to a drain access lid, which doesn’t feel rights, it’s far to soft and has cause an issue with my children playing in the garden.
So far I didn’t get any resolution to this other than an email telling me to fill it with cement!
