Return price overcharge
If you change your mind and do not pick the package 200kr need to be paid, if you return it 65kr. so make sure your are 100% sure what you buy from the few pictures

If you not collect your package within the days it is available on the service point, the package will be returned to us and we will charge you 200kr as an uncollected package.
If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the item that you have ordered we do have a returncost of 69kr for small items and 199kr för large items.

The advertisement of your products are clear. The order on the website was clear and also the followed steps from payment and the transport. It felt for 100% secure to buy and also the steps of the transport.
The order is a present for a family member at Christmas, and will ask for the receiver for his view of the object which they also were very positive of the advertisement.

Good shopping experience
Good shopping experience, easy to find my item, purchase and have it sent. The item is odd shaped and of a somewhat fragile construction which meant receiving it in an oversized box which seemed too much.

NOT SATISFIED with their service
In my experience of baking this is my first time I encountered mixing the dough that will stop in less than 1 minute! I bought a SMEG STAND MIXER to their shop for a change and this is my first time I purchased a SMEG STAND MIXER and to try it because I love these products. But sadly to say that it was my fault why their mixer is not working well. If that is so, I am not satisfied with their services & their mixer which they delivered it to me. I am not against SMEG PRODUCTS but I regret buying this product to their shop. :-( IF I only knew that this will happen, I rather buy near to our place not thru internet because there is a chance to replace it to a new or at least a solution of my complain. :-( Again, I LOVE SMEG PRODUCTS.

Terrible returns policy
Terrible returns policy and customer support. You end up paying more to ship the item back to the store than you paid to ship the item to you. Shop in-store not online.
