Easy to access and order goods to support this cause

Placed Order Dec1 - never received order -never received shipping information - got a canned email advising how to track order which was useless if you never got shipping info. Contact with customer service and get an AI response with irrelevant information. Problem was resolved and parcel delivered - only issue was that I did not get an email with shipping information that I could track. Pants look and feel great

Excellent product and quick service. Unfortunately couldn’t get Old Tom cap due to demand. Just have to wait. Keep up the good work

Product great, slight issue with communication with delivery dates etc as advertised as 2 day delivery but took 6 days inc 4 working days to get here. Got here just in time though and cannot fault the product. Good comms from the team thereafter Only marked down due to not arriving when it should have.

I like the designs but didn't see where the material used was indicated. The slacks are cotton meaning they need to be ironed or otherwise they are not attractive.

Parcel delivery to WA was very timely, but once here delivery stalled. It arrived at 6.39 on tuesday at Welshpool - about 10 mins from my home. Then I cannot track it any further. It asks for a Customer tracking number which I havent been sent. There appears to be a disconnect somewhere in the system
