Absolutely keep away from Royal Casino!!! I played slots in many different casinos this one has the worst pay settings! It is an absolute rip off! All slots are adjusted to very rare scatter and if you hit pays absolutely minimal. Withdrawal takes 2-3 days. Absolute rip off! Do not play in Royal Game absolutely a scam rip off! Do not expect to win reasonably. It takes 500/1000 fold pays 4/5 fold. Their game/pay settings are absolute rip off!

I have never come across such a badly run casino, they don’t pay out without sending them dozens of emails and the online chat just fobs you off and lies to you, and they won’t even close my account as requested.

Have played and enjoyed their games for years. Recently the site has been very poor and now I can't withdraw my money.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have money sitting in there and am not interested in the games that are left since Adobe Flashplayer closed down. When I try to get a refund for the money, the site puts me in a loop and there's no way to directly contact this fraudulent swindler.

Their games used to be fun and lively. They are crap now. HTML crashed and some of the games won't even load. No more, I'm tired of getting a "free spin" and not being able to load the game. LOSERS

Have used this site for years and many hours of fun. The site has struggled in the last year 2020/21, after many games were on a discontinued software (flash) and they have struggled to rework them in html5. They have also had problems recently with their payments methods - which they seem to be sorting out. Their communications could be better - more proactive than reactive after the event, but there are a good range of games to enjoy and a large number of players.

Has not paid out any winnings for the past 7 months, Royalgames as well as their owner King.com should be considered as a fraud

Only a few games are still playable and they are slow with poor graphics, very poor since Flash ended, was hoping for an improvement over time but still the same.

this company is practicing Fraud as they do not pay or have not paid any winnings since January 2021, if they have failed to pay you, please go to Action Fraud and lodge a complaint, if enough people do this then they will be investigated by the City Police/

this site can't be trusted anymore.. up until december 2020 it was at least paying our withdrawals people were making, but already games were not working 100% and there was basicly NO tec support.. since january 1st 2021 they are not paying out any winnings to it's members, so it looks like something illegal is going on on Royal Games (aka King aka Midas) they blame all their problems on Paypal, but Paypal has zero problems.. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone anymore... it's a scam these days.....

I have been a member of this site since 2007. Used to be a good place to play a good variety of games. They scrambled at the end of 2020 to get rid of all flash games and convert to HTML. This site is total junk now. Games crash, end without warning and fail to load completely. Numerous email complaints get absolutely no results. No refunds, no loyalty compensation and no sincere response to emails. They respond within a day or so but their answers rarely provide results. I will quit my membership and move on. They are a terrible company to do business with.

The new Mahjong Masquerade is a huge disappointment. The characters are much too similar making it very difficult and a strain on the eyes.
Please bring back the old one.

Most of the games are gone and partly not their fault as flashplayer been discontinued but they knew this was happening for sometime and should have had more games transferred to HTML. What is worse the HTML games that are left more often thean not are not working
