Very bad products and customer service

Very bad products and customer service! DISASTER
Very bad products, very bad customer experience
I got a robot 240AI+ robot vacuum cleaner that was not cheap at all. Few months in the robot stopped working showing a motor error. Sent to a repair 1st time under warranty, the response was nothing is wrong. Got it back, immediately showing the same error.
Sent it again, they replied weeks after that they will send a new robot. Got the new robot, the station of this new robot is not working, not charging the robot and robot does not see it and dock to it as no electricity is present inside of the station.
Been in discussion for over 3 months, they refuse to reimburse the money and keep asking to send the robot for repair. not sure this suffering will end.

Bad customer service
Will fillout a complaint
Being a customer for several years of Rowenta its disappointing that there is no customer service
I have ordered a simple charger on the 8th of July and so far nothing!
the GLS company that they've chosen it's the worst, my package is stopped in France and no updates! No form of contact them
