Poor customer service
Ordered a product for my wife that when opened was found to be broken. The product was a gift and was opened after the 30 day return window had elapsed. I called the company and spoke to Ryan who was unhelpful and basically accused me of causing the damage. Unpleasant experience in its entirety. Best avoided.

You chose to end the call before a solution could be found.
The problem, as I said on the phone, you have had this for four months. I can only make a claim for damage sustained by the courier within 28 days of dispatch. You stated that this arrived damaged in November but you had left it until now to state it was sent damaged. It was not sent out damaged, it must have been damaged in transit. The delivery cost on such a large item is £30. I would not send a damaged item out when it stands to cost me £30 delivery (plus the cost of the item). I don't see the logic with that.
At the point you hung up I was trying to find a solution and I was going to offer to send some replacement parts for the unit, but when I said I couldn't make a claim for the loss, you seemed to get angry and hung up.

Admittedly I was skeptical about using this site and came here to find trusted reviews. Apart from the site appearing outdated I cannot fault roveruk. I was searching for a particular item, I ended up ordering 2 of as they are perfect gifts and I couldn't pass up the 'add 2 items or more for 10% off' offer. With postage the items worked out cheaper than anywhere else I could find them. Great communication, fast delivery, well packaged.

Good company hampered by poor search results.
Ordered goods from this company. Good selection online, reasonable prices and prompt efficient delivery. There is an issue with their website as it doesn't get found by search engines (until pages down the list). I was asked to review by the owner, which I happily did, and told him about the search issue. I hope it gets sorted as this is a good company. Also promised not to bombard me with emails!
