I have received other pieces from Ross and Simon’s but this time my order seemed to look cheaper. The last order did too but I thought I would try one more time. If you changed a vendor or something go back.

I was very disappointed by the tiny size of the gemstones in the earrings. The on-line photo and description made them appear much bigger. I almost returned them.
I gave it three stars because the size and look of the gold over silver are very attractive.

I'm happy I found Ross Simons to purchase the Italian 2.7mm 18kt Gold Vermeil Paper Clip Link Necklace. 16". This was a replacement for a similar chain, but this one looks much better; the size of the links are nicer, and the color of gold matches my 18K charm.
It was easy to order online and delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend RS.

This cross is perfect. It’s not flashy which is exactly what I wanted it for. It’s not to show others but to remind me that the Lord is with me in everything I do. I wanted something that wouldn’t tarnish and I could sleep, and shower without having to remove it. It’s perfect!

The website is easy to navigate, searching and filtering options are great. Purchasing is easy to navigate, quick shipping is appreciated. Returning is also straight forward, easy and hassle free, with no additional costs; and this is important to me as part of my decision making when purchasing. Sometimes the photos do not convey adequately size, texture, feel etc. information that I would get if I was doing an in store purchase. Basically I like that I can try on a piece and if it does not work out it is returnable.
I 'window shop' more often online than I would visit a store, it's fun. I am impressed at the wide variety of gold, silver, and gold over silver items, and the uniqueness of designs available.

Bought this for my wife to hang an existing pearl pendant on. The first one broke at the clasp. Exchanged for another of the same, this one broke in the middle of the chain. At this point I opted to just return it. Return was received on October 3, no credit back to original payment. Checked with them, said they would see to it. Still no credit called again, sat on hold, came back and acknowledged the credit had not been issued. So this was two calls to get it credited.

For the first time, I received something I am not happy with from Ross Simons. I was looking forward to the lovely orange/yellow pumpkin earrings, but the amber is very dark and the pumpkins look dead, a brown color. Not even close to the picture of the product. Very unhappy!!
