Rosewood were extremely caring about my garden and worked really hard to fit me in before I went away for a period, hugely appreciated.
The after service I can't fault. There was one of the parts to the rain sensor for my irrigation system that was faulty and we only discovered it the Sunday before we left on the Monday. I emailed fully expecting not to receive a response till Monday which would have been too late. i was shocked to get a reply and a solution involving several interactions on the Sunday. Truly great customer service. They fixed it and it's been a life saver for my garden.

Rosewood did a very good job.
Rosewood designed and installed a living wall for our small courtyard. The team who installed the living wall were professional and did a very good job. All the plants that Rosewood recommended are thriving and the watering system works well.

From beginning to end - a delightful experience!
From our initial enquiry through to the installation, the experience was a real joy. Knowledgeable and always quick to get back to us, they made the process easy for us. On the day of installation, Calum, Erica and Chris did an amazing job. Beautiful design and very little disruption and mess. We are extremely happy with Rosewood and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely first class from start to finish.
A family run business with impeccable customer service from the sales team through to their installation team. They gave me a price and explained the quote in detail and stuck to it.
They gave me an installation date and stuck to it
They gave me a completion date and stuck to it
They made promises about the quality of their work and stuck to it.
The system is robust, high quality and was slighty more expensive than some others but we made the right decision to go with this company.
The install team treated our garden with upmost patience, courtesy and respect.
As I said - first class from start to finish

Garden Irrigation
Absolutely first class experience from enquiry to completion. We had our first survey and quote almost 2 years ago and on comparing our 3 quotes, Victoria was by far the most helpful and informative. Due to Covid we didn't revisit until April this year. Rosewood's overall price was the most competitive and Victoria did her best to keep to the original quote despite a 30% increase in supplied goods. We paid our deposit, were given an installation date and Rosewood promptly arrived at 8am. The installers were extremely polite, helpful and their work was exceptional - they had to pull away stones and soil so I could see the lines! Thoroughly reccommend.

New installation
Called Rosewood as sick of repairing drip hoses and managing a poorly installed previous irrigation system (not installed by Rosewood).
They came quickly, surveyed, explained and then executed with a team that was professional and efficient. Also very friendly and tried to do everything to alleviate inconvenience and leave things as they found them (except of course the much improved system which works as instructed).
Louise is super efficient and gets back to you very quickly which is also highly appreciated and overall could not be happier and looking forward to a summer of relaxed watering!
The workmanship looks top notch and this was how I wish all service providers would work!

From the first contact with Rosewood, the amazing Loiuse, right to the end when the job was completed, the only words to use would be
Stunning service
Andy came to inspect the garden for the quote, it had snowed the night before, so goodness knows how he managed to see what the garden was like. The quotes came in, a date was fixed. Grant, Aaron and 2 others attended on the day and did a fantastic job. The garden was left very tidy and now, I never need to water again.
This is top quality customer service.
I recommend them VERY highly

Calum’s design, which was received within two days, when installed, has transformed a rather plain looking glass balcony partition into a haven of colour and beauty! Calum and Chris worked tirelessly in wet conditions to install the vertical garden. The terrace was hosed down and left in an immaculate condition. I have just had a living wall installed…
I have just had a living wall installed by Rosewood, I asked to have herbs and plants that attract bees, on the day it was installed I had some bees on the flowers. I was very impressed by the work and really love my living wall.

A really good expert supplier. Estimate quickly done off my plan. Met a tight delivery date. Turned up on time with all the equipment they needed. Team had obviously done this installation many times before and it went very smoothly.
