from disappointed to praise.

I have changed my review from negative to positive to be fair to company, I explained why I was unhappy and it would seem that a mistake with Auto fill at Check out added the price of the product to the text box. Subsequently the purse arrived with the price of the purse sandwiched between the photos. However the company have re done the order free of charge and only asked for a small shipping fee which I was happy to meet. Fair play it was a genuine mistake caused by Auto fill which I should have seen. I give this company a 5 star rating because they have gone the extra mile to put right.
