Thule campervan awning/tent
Roseawnings fitted am awning to our camper, just bought a Thule quick fit tent to go with it. Service/delivery excellent. Not used the tent yet.

Stock levels on website not up to date…
Stock levels on website not up to date with actual stock kept.
It then took 6 days after the order made for them to email me for them to tell me it was not in stock. The item i required for going on holiday 4 days later, which left no time to source elsewhere.

Firstly i would like to apologise for the service you received. We aim to contact all our customers within 1 working day if the product is out of stock.
Whilst we are a large stockist of Thule & Kampa Dometic Awnings & Accessories, some items have to be sent directly with suppliers and sometimes retailers. As there is no way to manage this we try our best to contact customers as soon as possible.
We are a small team, father and son who are currently completely overwhelmed with the current demand. Whilst we manage for 10 months of the year we have a very busy period through July & August where we do struggle to keep on top of everything.
Whilst this is not an excuse i like to use I hope you understand our current predicament and i hope that you chose to do business again with us in the future.
