Great service from John at Rose awnings. The part was despatched for next day, with step by step instructions for fitting. He replied to my email queries promptly when I had a problem, supporting me all the way through.

This place was recommend to me by various motorhome club sites, and so pleased it was, was struggling to find a company who knew what they we're talking about,and gave me theconfidence they knew how to fit wind out awning to my Autotrail motorhome roof, these guys knew straight away, very knowledgeable and great service, well worth the trip to Poole, thank you guys.

I contacted the company by phone and spoke with John prior to making a substantial purchase. He was very helpful and assured me that I was ordering the correct items.
Some of the items arrived within a couple of days. There was a minor issue with the packing note, but I emailed John and he responded within minutes to clarify the situation.
The awning arrived after about a week. While the expected delivery time was 2–5 days, I believe the delay was due to the courier rather than the company.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the prompt and helpful customer service throughout.
I would recommend the company.
