My concealed toilet cistern was constantly overflowing that was a bit too modern for my knowledge of old-fashioned ballcock systems.
I traced the manufacturer via Google images and called the technical support line. The man I spoke to was extremely helpful, explained to the process of cleaning or removing the valve and then sent me a very helpful diagram.
The only reason they don’t get five stars is that it would make life much easier if that diagram and similar or available directly from their website website.

I had an issue with a product purchased a few years ago, although still under warranty. From my first contact with the Sales Office Co-ordinator to dealing with the Technical Customer Service Team my issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Very satisfied with their customer support.

Great service with help upgrading fab old bathroom cabinet lights to LED. Excellent comms, kit supplied and even I managed to fit it. Fabulous cabinet with great new lighting will now last good few more years. Many thanks Meg and team.

I contacted them about a part for my shower mixer, that my plumber had lost! They helped me identify the correct part and sent it out free of charge the next day despite the shower being quite old. Excellent customer service.

I have had two beautiful bathroom cabinets from roper Rhodes with mirrors on them which have been replaced about 6-8 times in all and the same faults occur.

Erosion around the edge of the mirrors. It looks awful as it starts off small and just gets gradually worse in time.

The cabinets were around £600 each! I expected better. Roper Rhodes are ok at replacing these if I complain enough but I’m fed up with complaining and the same thing just happening over again.

I’d rather have my money back and use a different company.

It makes me very sad looking in the mirror everyday, and seeing not only my face that looking worn out but the mirror too !!!

Customer service was incredible. Had a slight technical issue, they did send out the wrong part but all was resolved after they answered the phone immediately then got me to message on WhatsApp pictures/vids. 2 days later, the part arrived.

One of the screws fixing our shower valve to the wall was rusty and threatened to compromise the whole unit. A replacement valve fixing kit was on its way to me within minutes of my phone call. Impressed!

The girls in the returns department are amazing, five starts are not enough. They are always helpful and go the extra mile to sort out whatever problems we may have. They always sound happy and positive and it is wonderful to know I can call and rely on any of them to help in such a nice and positive manner. Well done.

Big Thanks for sorting my issue out with my problem sink…..a new one has been delivered to my supplier where I originally purchased the sink from.

So just awaiting for delivery from Bathroom centre.

Excellent customer service to replace a tap cartridge.

Have tried twice to obtain information from customer services through their enquiry system regarding parts for a Neutron product to no avail. Their customer service seems to have gone to pot

Very happy with my Marine shower but particularly impressed with the customer service I received 4 years after installation! I enquired about a potential issue which was resolved in less than 24 hours :-)

My telephone enquiry about a spare part for a cistern was dealt with very efficiently and politely by a real person who had excellent knowledge of the product. I quickly received advisory instructions by email and was able to order the appropriate spare and complete the replacement. Very impressive.
