Great customer service

Ordered an armchair from CDON.fi and the seller there was Rootz Living. After I ordered the chair I found these reviews here in trustpilot and decided to ask them directly through email about shipment details and if the ETA is still the same. They answered quickly and professionally, they estimated arrival of shipment would go over by 1-2 days and that was fine by me. I received a tracking number but it didn't show me any info at all but today the driver called that the package is coming as promised. Maybe the tracking code was wrong or something but wasn't a big problem.

Product was well packaged and as advertised. Great chair, thank you.

non-delivery, faulty tracking code

The website advertises delivery within 1–4 business days. We placed our order on 20/12/2025, yet to date we have not received a single item. Additionally, the tracking number provided is invalid, while your website incorrectly marks the order as fulfilled. This constitutes misleading and faulty representation of service. No actual contact details to find of this company beside an email, opening dispute to per direct get a refund and avoid further escalation.

I ordered a bar cart in greige colour…

I ordered a bar cart in greige colour for my husband on our 8th aniversary. Ord number (680c2ab1 ) When I open the package I can see they have sended me wrong product insted there is a dark brown bar cart. I was so dissappointed so I emailed them and got as answer that the greige was out of stock that is why they sended out another one which I think is riddicilous as they could atleast emailed me and explaned and GIVE me the opption to choose if I want to go with the darker one or cancel my order. They didn’t even offer me any kind of compensation for their mistake and insted just stopped answering my emails. Really dissappointed

all's well that ends well

We ordered and paid for a children's storage cupboard, NOTHING RECEIVED AND NO REFUND OF MONEY. Despite various mails, no reaction.

UPDATE December 21, 2024:
After intervention the money was refunded and the package was delivered free of charge. The cupboard was what we expected. In the end the conclusion is: the support on the website is very poor and the reaction on Trustpilot was the deciding factor.
