As much as possible we want a click on Roots to feel like a trip around a nursery. The packing was excellent. The plant itself was of such good quality that I was willing to spend four hours removing the pests. Had it arrived pest-free, it would have been a 5-star review.

What an amazing experience dealing with Roots Plants
My plants were wilting when they arrived, having put them in the ground and feeding them the leaves of these trees are shriveling and dropping off. I am now afraid that these trees will die. I now need Roots Plants to help to save them.
The delivery of these plants was to the wrong house. I had the search for these trees but when I eventually found them two of the containers had fallen on the ground.
However, I cannot thank Roots Plants enough as they are an amazing example of what a company should act like regarding its dealings with its customers. As far as Ana your customer care person is concerned I can see that she is an exceptional customer services representative. The manner in which she dealt with my problem and saved me any anxiety as to the outcome of my unfortunate salix tree concerns is very much appreciated; so thank you Ana for your professionalism.

Pink Annabelle Hydrangea
Pink Annabelle Hydrangea - Plant arrived in poor condition and with a fungal disease.
Advised to plant it in a larger pot, deeply water it, remove damaged leaves and treat with fertiliser once settled.
Our issue is, it shouldn’t have been sent out with a fungal disease tightly packed with other plants.
We would naturally carry out this type of remedial work but don’t expect to do it immediately upon delivery of a £30 plant that should be healthy upon dispatch.
