Cannot understand why so many people have written bad reviews.. I think their system of matching up wanted and vacant adverts is excellent. In other words searchers can reply themselves to adverts but Rooms to let also scan both lists and send landlords possible matches. I had several replies via both prongs and when I found one which looked suitable I made contact via email/ zoom, asked for references etc even before meeting.i had my ad on a couple of free sites for ages and received nothing suitable but on Rooms to let I found someone within 2weeks. A worthwhile £10 for me. Zossy

Absolute scam of a website
Spent a whole hour registering, creating an advert description and uploading pictures.
They only tell you on the last stage that there is no free advertising and you have to pay. RIP off! They think you will buy into it after all the effort.. but not me or anyone else who will read this. Con Artists to let

Looking through the internet for accommodation sites I came across a company called RoomsForLET and I wished I had not, it seemed quite easy to use until you sign up and pay and start to use it, I requested London and it showed 1 to 9 boxes, most of these we not in London but outer London, I tried to cancel to no avail as I complained that there were no photos of the people who were seeking accommodation, I was told that they do not ask people for photos in case they are false photos, so how are you supposed to know what these people look like before they view, I signed up during the daytime and within about 8 hours I have deleted my account, do not get caught out by RoomsForLet unless you want to waste your money.

Total scam. They offer clickbait properties that are not and have not been available to get you to join. The properties that you are interested in are never available and the spam agents will call you up to offer you some terrible property in a different area. Total scam.

Very inefficient. Not even one reply. Waste of time and effort.
Multiple replies from Spare Room or Gumtree at the same time

Wouldnt give them 1 star. Cancel subscription before 2 free weeks are up. I no longer have an ad or an account and they steal £15 from my paypal account. AVOID!! Do not fall for this scam!!

No way do they compare to other spare room websites. Which is why i cancelled subscription in the first place.
