Joleen provided excellent customer service while booking my stay with Sleep Inn. She was friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made everything simple and stress-free, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured I got exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Great job, Joleen!

Unhappy

I specifically asked if I was speaking directly to the Hilton and was informed I was. Also told him had a pet, so that was another surprise when we got to hotel. I was not happy.

I never know if I am talking to a real…

I never know if I am talking to a real person or a bot. I asked and Marianela assured me she was real. It is hurtful when people who assist with reservations don’t, won’t, or can’t pronounce South Dakota places correctly (Pierre is correctly pronounced PIER, Sioux is correctly pronounced SUE) How hard is that? I did inform her and she did try
