I have now been using room-aromas.co.uk for over 3 years. Every order I have placed has always been delivered quickly and securely. Never had to wait long. Great service, totally satisfied. Placed my order early afternoon and received following morning with 24hr service. Price was great and delivery charge was perfect for size and speed of package. i have ordered twice now from room aromas and the packages have arrived in 48hrs as stated, i also have had an email from the post office stating my order was being delivered that day.will def use room aromas again.

So I read the trust pilot review and decided to place an order...big mistake!! Two weeks down the line on what was supposed to be a tracked 48H delivery service and nothing apart from a bunch of lies about broken emails and the promise of an upgrade to a 24H delivery due to the 1st package not arriving with royal mail which never happened. Customer support was a complete waste of time and unwilling to help. I have either been very unlucky or the reviews have been falsified. Do yourself a massive favor and buy elsewhere. Very very dissatisfied and would not recommend them ever.
*** In response to the reply below If asking where my order was and then asking for a refund after two weeks had passed is bad attitude and threatening then guilty as charged. A simple honest reply to my email would have keep me the customer informed but you chose as stated here to ignore my email which is simply bad customer service. At no point was I ever informed there was a stock issue and I was promises a 24H delivery as the 1st order did not arrive (This never happened and was never going to happen if you had no stock!! THE LIE) My review is an honest opinion of the bad service I received from a substandard company.

Superb company to deal with.
Orders arrive quickly, and e-mails are answered within 24 hours.

I have used other companies before but will now only use Room-Aromas, purely because they give an address to collect your purchase from if you wish. Unlike others that are a faceless internet shop.

Due to change in mailing address, I had to email Room aromas for advice, and they responded very quickly (even at night!). Goods were dispatched by return and were exactly as described- and ooh thanks for the free dvd, good quality as well. All in all 10/10, recommended!!!

I have used this company once now. There was a problem with the delivery getting lost in the post, however customer service was prompt and friendly from Lee, and replacement was sent out quickly and received the next day.

Before ordering I had been concerned regarding the authenticity of products available online, as there are a lot of 'fake' aromas sold on some websites, however I needn't have worried; as they sent me the authentic top quality stuff.

I would buy from this site again and recommend to others.
