Quick service good standard of work .

Easy to obtain quote for the job, including house pre-purchase roof survey and quote for the roof repairs/replacement. Once date was set, roof job was completed very efficiently- and property left in good order - all debris completely cleared. Workers careful and courteous and kept me informed through the process. Highly recommended.

I was kept in the picture about all aspects of the roofing work as it progressed, and the roofing team were considerate and courteous at all times!
The site was excellently tidied up after the work was completed.

I contacted them for a quote for a leak in our roof. Miles rapidly arranged to come over, and sent a drone up to identify the issue, then took the time to review the images with me explaining openly exactly what he thought needed doing. He went out of his way to quickly get scaffolding up and his team over to sort the issue.

The team (Stuart and his colleague sorry I've forgotten his name) were courteous, clean and communicated well. The work looks good and they answered my questions at each point! All in all it took under a week from accepting the quote to the issue being fixed!

All in all, absolutely top experience.

Our roof started leaking just before Christmas. Miles scheduled us for the next day and carried out all works within one day assessing current state of the roof, establishing where the leaks are coming from and fixing them using high quality materials to ensure all problems are resolved. It was incredible value for money and the cost was a lot lower than any other company we used in the past.
We are extremely thankful for such a rapid response and help during the busiest period of the year.
We will deffinitely use their service in the future and recommend them to everyone.

From start to finish the service was fabulous. The workmen were efficient, very pleasant and we had our new roof on in 2 days.
All rubbish was removed daily.

Miles gets top marks for communication especially in terms of his responsiveness to queries. The main job was to replace my rotting soffits and fascias but I also asked if they could check the work I’d recently had done to re- bed the ridge tiles which I suspected had been done by a bunch of cowboys. Unfortunately Miles confirmed that the work hadn’t been done properly and advised on the options to correct the situation. Miles recommended a dry ridge system and was able to keep the team on the job for the extra day required to complete everything. He also replaced some extra tiles and did additional work without charge. All in all a good experience and I would thoroughly recommend Roofing Solutions.

Roofing solutions SouthWest are a great bunch, who are very reactive and attentive to customer feedback on any points, encountered during, e.g. a big replacement project, or likewise a smaller roofing job.
Our main job was quite complex, with several areas of roof and associated gulley to replace.
All work was completed to a high standard including several areas of nice leadwork.
Excellent service all round, by Miles, Iwan and the team.

Miles and the work team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Very quickly identified and showed me the problems with the existing roof which required replacement of the tiles and underlying membrane plus repointing the chimney. The work was completed efficiently and the result looks great. All the materials used were of good quality.
