Great customer service and staff really know their stuff. I've bought roof bars, roof box, bike racks and snow chains from here. Also swapped some Thule lock barrels for free which they didn't have to do. I've spoken on phone for bits of advice on various product and it's clear the staff really know what they're talking about. Even if you could could save a few pounds at a generic online store I would choose these guys to ensure you get the right product and that there is proper customer service if needed.

If you buy Thule products make sure you take advantage of the key matching service. V easy to use. (My Volvo roof bars were made by Thule - might be the same for other cars.)

I ordered a car boot box ,totally got measurements wrong, box did not fit ,spoke with roof box and explained, they were so helpful,they arranged to pick up wrong box [for a small fee] and delivered the correct one with in 2 days .. excellent customer service 10/10 it's getting rare to get good customer service now ,so keep it up, many thanks David Gardiner

Just bought my 5th car boot liner from these guys.
Don’t even bother looking elsewhere anymore.
I know what I want and this kit is bomb-proof and each one is a perfect fit!!
Each one has lasted longer than the car and has been gifted to another owner when traded in (Sorry!).

They sorted me out with a pair of snow socks at very short notice. They snow socks were very useful and did exactly as desrcibed on their website.

I bought a roof box and rails as a gift for Christmas.The service I received was amazing.It was great to get sound advice from a real human being on the end of the phone.She listened to the experience that I had had from another company and took on board what I was telling her that I needed and came up with a couple of solutions,one of which was perfect.The items were with me within 2days.The items I purchased are excellent quality and were easy to fit.I am delighted with the overall experience and having that personal touch made all the difference.Thank you so much for showing much larger companies how it’s done.

Excellent technical advice - photos and clear information - when I was looking for roof bars for an old car. Clare was always quick to respond and very patient.
I live abroad so haven't got the bars yet but am hopeful they will do the job.

I had selected snow chains online but called to get some advice. They were very careful to make sure they had the correct tyre fitting, gave me some options when asked at varying price points and helped me decide on Autosocks instead. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Items arrived very promptly.

Really great service from a really great company.

They had exactly the right kind of roof bars I was looking for, sold them in a complete package and at a fraction of the price I'd found elsewhere. They also accommodated an additional need I had for their delivery. I really recommend this company.

Ordered seat covers from them and it stated on their website "it fits a 2013 subaru XV"
I received it and tried to install it and it's completely wrong!
On top of that, it is so thin and cheaply made!

They sent over the return info and sending back.

I ordered a boot liner from the Roof Box Company but inadvertently ordered the wrong type. I telephoned the company and was helped by Brenda to sort it out for me. She ordered the correct liner and arranged a part refund. The order arrived promptly, as did the refund. I found the experience was like going back in time to a company who was friendly, very helpful and personal.

Recently ordered from The Roof Box Company a Carbox bootliner to fit my new car. It also came with a non-slip mat that protects the bumper sill when loading / unloading items. The attachments points for the non-slip mat were defective unfortunately. After notifying TRBC by email they responded very promptly and had a replacement immediately posted out to me which arrived next day. Great customer service and communications from Clare and Laura in the team.

Ok I had a problem with a Thule Bike carrier. I cannot praise the Roof Box Company enough - Brenda and the boss Martin could not have helped anymore - securing me a replacement carrier ( and a better one at that) at no cost to me. Their service is superb, their communication second to none. To anybody buying a bike carrier buy it from these guys. They embody the words customer service.

I had a problem with one of the locks on a bike rack that I had purchased in August, I was in contact with Clare in customer service who had a replacement lock to me in four days.
Fantastic service.

So impressed with service and product. Customer support team outstanding and when we required a replacement part which was stolen they replied extremely quickly with advice.
