I was ripped off. My package never got here. They obviously have more problems than unfulfilled, but paid for products. They will not be advertising on Facebook or any other platform here in AMERICA!They will open under a different name, I know. But, piss on them, the thieves of social media.

Received a thin rubbish top then refused to exchange or refund unless I sent it back to China at my expense. Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back which they did . This site and its multiple trading names should be removed from advertising on facebook. AVOID !!

I cannot believe that I was taken in by this company.
I received the wrong goods and the company is now refusing to send a replacement or provide a refund.
My advice is to stay well away from this company.
I am sorry to see that many others have also had a poor experience.
What kind of business model is this anyway, to knowingly supply inferior products and then (it seems) to assume that the customer will not complain?

Chinese company sending out cheap printed nylon material hoodie tat, not the cozy knitted cardigan advertised. You then get fobbed off at every corner. THEIR WEBSITE AND FB ADS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

I would give them zero if I could. This company is using one of my artworks on products on their site, without permission, but their email address doesn't work, so I can't even send them a copyright infringement notice. Buy if you wish, but do it knowing that they are ripping off artists. Oh and if you have an issue with your order, good luck emailing them.

If I could there wouldn't be any stars for this awful company. They have several names and, although they send items from London, it is coming from China. The clothes are shoddy and nothing like the photo's they put online. I tried to return what I had bought but they said it had to go back to China and I was responsible for the postage. I tried PayPal but it wasn't going to help. Warn people not to use this dreadful company, please.

The clothes advertised look as though they are knitted but they are 3D print on cheap material and when you try to get a refund they tell you that you would have to pay the postage to ship it back to china so they offer you a discount on new purchases, but who would want anything from them! They also sell the same stuff under different names, I’ve seen them advertised on hgtv! Be careful

They have different names. I ordered on "Jemnii" also a knitted cardigan and it was a cheap polyester crap. They don't give the money back!

How can anyone in this company live with them selves. All a scam. people do not order from this company you will get ripped off. They show one picture of product and send some piece of shit thing that you want to throw away. I'm disputing all charges with my credit card company. They won't give you your money back . China urrrrrr

Romanshe stole my money after sending me a flimsy ugly hoodie instead of the very cute cardigan I ordered. They refused to send information to return the ugly hoodie or put me in touch with someone who could. THIS SITE IS NOTHING BUT THEIVES AND SCAMMERS ! ! ! !

The ordered item ordered did Not look at all like the one on the shopping web site. It was delivered today 11/14/2024. I will be donating it to someone in need. Could not cancel it right away, as I was told their account was frozen due to a large volume of orders.

Item not as advertised, not even a knitted item?? NOT HAPPY and dont like being ripped off. The cheap item i received is diabolical. Im chasing my £29.00 refund, notified Trading Standards and FB Reported.

Ordered a knitted woolen jumper and received a cheap and nasty woven sweat shirt. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered what I thought to be cozy heavy knitted sweaters. They were paper thin hoodies that pilled up 2nd time worn. Horrible company!

I decided to return the "sweater" I got from Romanshe. I provided all of the information they requested on their website for returns. Unlike reputable companies, their response was not "oh, we're sorry you're unhappy, here's the return authorization." NO!! This is what they wrote, "Could you please take some pictures of the real item you received and send to us?
Please hang up the item(s) and take pictures clearly to show the problems you mentioned,so that your issue can be confirmed and solved timely." So I took pictures and sent them along with an image of the sweater as it appears on their website. Their next e-mail was, "Thank you for your picture and specific return reason. We have submitted your return application to relevant departments for further review and inspection. Since the application review process is relatively long and cumbersome, please be patient. In order to save your time, please contact with us after 5-7 days." A long and cumbersome process?? Seriously? This is my response to them, "I’m completely speechless! I’ve never heard of any company that forced a dissatisfied customer to wait for a “long and cumbersome process” in order to return an item. This is nothing like the process described on your website. I really hope it doesn’t turn out to be as long and cumbersome as you suggest!" DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT SEND MONEY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS! At this point, I really don't think they even HAVE any of the beautiful sweaters pictured on their website! I think they are a total scam from first to last!!

Absolutely awful product. Nothing like picture not even same material. Supposedly a knitted product but NOT. it's just a cheap nylon bit of tat. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WASTE YOUR MONEY. JUST A SCAM. WONT GET REFUND.

Ordered lovely looking knitted jacket, but cheap and nasty sweatshirt received. Sent several emails asking for refund, but same reply each time. "Please send photos of items and we will pass to appropriate department"

The product is not what was advertised; it is cheap rubbish that was sent instead of the 'classy, cozy knit cardigan' product I saw in the advertisement. Worst product I have ever received at an exorbitant price, 1000 % overpriced and horrible product sent.

I wish I could give negative stars! NOTHING I order remotely looked like it did on the website. Free returns my ___! I have to pay to ship the return to CHINA! I received my order from NEW YORK! They offered me a 10% discount to save me shipping costs. I feel SO stupid! I thought, for sure, I was dealing with a US company. I asked for the address in China, I’ll bet I don’t hear another word.
